You can request a special collection from your home if you have up to eight items that are too big for normal household waste collections, but of a size and weight that two men can carry. If you have more than eight items or you are a commercial customer you will need to request a quotation. You can also request the re-use collection service to have good quality furniture or appliances collected and given to vulnerable families. Items which can be collected include: Several items in a box or plastic bag should be listed as one item. A bed base and mattress will be counted as two items.
