Well, what I did was reverse engineer the model by looking at various photos I found online.And I rebuild the model with Lego Digital Designer and my knowledge of Legos. Which took me about 40 hours to recreate, which is painful and fun at the same time, but at least it's faster than the original Lego Iron Man's build time! The original Life size lego Iron Man was created by Lego master designer Eric Varszegi( he helped to make the life-size lego x wing displayed in New York) and the Lego group, and it took them 250 hours to build the whole thing!
I really think Lego Group should give this guy and his team an award because it's such a masterpiece! Where did my models go? You can still design what you want with LEGO Digital Designer and upload models into a public gallery on the new LEGO Digital Designer website. All of your old existing models have been transferred the new LDD gallery .
You will also be able to generate building instructions from LEGO Digital Designer to build your models. What about other Custom products?
