Brewed with Cascade, Chinook and Citra hops and biscuit and honey malts, the result is a classic unfiltered American Pale Ale with notes of citrus, peach and mango.This was one of Brewmaster Bailey’s first recipes. A maple brown, it pays homage to Bailey’s home state, Vermont, by adding 100% Vermont maple syrup, resulting in a distinctive maple flavor. This is a twist on a classic Irish red style, using classic British hops and caramel malts and our own Tennessee twist of flaked rye. A very smooth drinking beer with notes of fruit and caramel, with rye spice in the finish. This plays on a traditional India Pale Ale, including three different types of rye in the mash. The spice from the rye, combined with the five separate hop additions, creates a complex yet refreshing brew.
