What supplements give you the most benefit? I have tried just about everything. Tinctures don't do much for me. I have found a few things that seem to make a difference.Methy cycle mutation supplements; specifically folinic acid, methy B12, molybdenum, GABA (calming)Low Dose Naltrexone; boosts the immune systemLipoPhos EDTA This binds with heavy metals and also the magnesium and iron in biofilm. Since using it, I don't have PR symptoms.Fat Binder like Proactol - this is made from prickly pear cactus so it is completely safe. It binds with the fat in your stomach so it is not absorbed. The advertising says it binds with 27% of the fat but it is hard to say how much that is in grams. One site said 150 calories while another said 240 calories for 2 tablets. I just take one. That way I can splurge on a few extra grams.Adrenal Complex - this has bovine adrenal so it is not vegetarian but it helps me sleep. I have been under so much stress, I need it.Liposomal Vitamin C - The liposome is made from lecithin, which converts to phoshytidylcholine (or serene), the most essential fats needed by the body.

Lecithin is especially good for the brain and nerves. It encapsulates the vitamin C (or EDTA) and is reduced to a nano size in an ultrasonic cleaner, so it passes directly into the blood. The beauty of liposomes is you get much more vitamin C than you would normally be able to tolerate. PR readily takes the liposome into the biofilm because the fat is so essential. is taken off, the vitamin C (or EDTA) is released to do it's job. Biofilm protects the pathogens by creating a barrier that antibiotics can't penetrate. This is getting the killers inside the biofilm. The analogy used is "Trojan Horse".Cistus Tea (and tincture) is a new one that Dr. K says is the best biofilm buster.I was using xylitol which kills biofilm in the mouth and even helps with ear infections - but it is not well absorbed in the blood. It will help control candida.Probiotics when on abx. I'm sure this isn't groundbreaking stuff, but what seems to make the most difference for me now is MSM powder (I use the Swanson's vitamins brand) and Perque Buffered Vitamin C powder (non-gmo).

I mix it in a bottle with some lemonade and sometimes add aroniaberry syrup (non-sweetened)and just drink it throughout the day.Selenium is another biggie for me, and turmeric force.Other than that I'm on a bit of a break from the huge array of supplements I was taking before. My vitamin B and D levels were good on my last round of blood tests, so I'm not supplementing those lately. Share this page with your friends:If you are being treated with any of the following medications, you should not use vitamin C supplements without first talking to your health care provider.Aspirin and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) -- Both aspirin and NSAIDs can lower the amount of vitamin C in the body because they cause more of the vitamin to be lost in urine. In addition, high doses of vitamin C can cause more of these drugs to stay in the body, raising the levels in your blood. Some very early research suggests that vitamin C might help protect against stomach upset that aspirin and NSAIDs can cause.

If you regularly take aspirin or NSAIDs, talk to your doctor before taking more than the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C.Acetaminophen (Tylenol) -- High doses of vitamin C may lower the amount of acetaminophen passed in urine, which could cause the levels of this drug in your blood to rise.Aluminum-containing antacids -- Vitamin C can increase the amount of aluminum your body absorbs, which could cause the side effects of these medications to be worse. Aluminum-containing antacids include Maalox and Gaviscon.Barbiturates -- Barbiturates may decrease the effects of vitamin C. These drugs include phenobarbital (Luminal), pentobarbital (Nembutal), and seconobarbital (Seconal).Chemotherapy drugs -- As an antioxidant, vitamin C may interfere with the effects of some drugs taken for chemotherapy; however, some researchers speculate that vitamin C might help make chemotherapy more effective. If you are undergoing chemotherapy, do not take vitamin C or any other supplement without talking to your oncologist.

Nitrate medications for heart disease -- The combination of vitamin C with nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate (Isordil), or isosorbide mononitrate (Ismo) reduces the body's tendency to build up a tolerance to these medications so that they no longer work. If you take nitrate medications, talk to your doctor about whether you should take vitamin C.Oral contraceptives (birth control pills) and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) -- Vitamin C can cause a rise in estrogen levels when taken with these drugs, particularly if you are deficient in vitamin C to begin with and start taking supplements. Oral estrogens can also decrease the effects of vitamin C in the body.Protease inhibitors -- Vitamin C appears to slightly lower levels of indinavir (Crixivan), a medication used to treat HIV and AIDS.Tetracycline -- Some evidence suggests that taking vitamin C with the antibiotic tetracycline may increase the levels of this medication; it may also decrease the effects of vitamin C in the body. Other antibiotics in the same family include minocycline (Minocin) and doxycycline (Vibramycin).

Warfarin (Coumadin) -- There have been rare reports of vitamin C interfering with the effectiveness of this blood thinning medication. In recent follow-up studies, no effect was found with doses of vitamin C up to 1,000 mg per day. However, if you take warfarin or another blood thinner, talk to your doctor before taking vitamin C or any other supplement. $ Low to High $ High to Low 100% Organic Camu Camu Powder 24oz (680g) 100% Organic Camu Camu Powder 8oz (228g) 100% Organic Chaga Mushroom Powder 100g 100% Sandalwood Seed Oil 2 fl oz (6-Pack) Adrenal Strength® 60 Counts BioAstin Hawaiian Astaxanthin 12mg 50 Veggie Caps Cocoa Mojo - Organic Cocoa Powder Blend Detoxadine (Nascent Atomic Iodine) 1oz (29.6ml) Enerhealth Herbal Medicine Cabinet (Advanced) Enerhealth Herbal Medicine Cabinet (Intermediate) Essential Herbal Survival Pack Gaia Herbs Ashwagandha Root 60 Veg caps Gaia Herbs Echinacea Supreme 30 Veg caps Gaia Herbs Holy Basil Leaf 60 Veg caps
