Main Accountabilities: 

Develop brand strategies and overall marketing plans for the brand

Aid in developing integrated marketing communications/marketing mix that includes: positioning, targeting, pricing, 4 P/4C; develop and execute creative part in support of the brand

Conduct market research and identify and track market trends in energy category; produce competitive analysis materials comparing products with its key competitors

Arrange necessary brand / category studies and researches together with Insights team

Assist in monitoring brand health metrics and support the development of new brand tracking across energy category

Make post research evaluation and business recommendations

Develop and Lead the NPD projects from idea generation to implementation

Manage the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, new product development, design upgrade and cross-functional implementation

Develop and execute Trade Marketing initiatives in collaboration with Trade Marketing Department. Responsible for BTL and in-store promotions, POSM and displays.

Make post project evaluations and analyze effectiveness of consumer and trade marketing initiatives

Develop monthly, quarterly and annual marketing reports for management

Assist with financial projections and marketing budgeting process; manage budget and financial related to marketing campaigns

Assist SBM with third party agencies and suppliers: Marcom, creative& design agencies. Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, R&D, procurement, marketing, design, and operations to execute specific marketing plans for each assigned title

Participate in key sales and marketing presentations as necessary

Key Requirements: 

Higher education, bachelor of economics / marketing preferable

Work experience: 4+ years of experience in brand marketing with international FMCG companies

Experience with business processes: marketing budgeting, conducting marketing and advertising activities; planning of sales, budget control, brand/product launches, pricing

Strong analytical skills

Knowledge of market and product researches: retail audit, advertising tracking, different ad hoc studies;

Knowledge of marketing theory

Basic knowledge of finance (P&L, cost structure)

Result-oriented, strong team player

Good communication and presentation skills

Initiative and creative ability

Fluency in English is a must (both writing and verbal)
