bounce2 Privacy Policy
bounce2bounce2 Privacy Policy
Effective date: February 18, 2026
bounce2 is an iOS app and Safari extension that helps open supported music links in a selected destination service.
Data We Collect
We do not require account sign-up and we do not intentionally collect directly identifying personal information (such as name, email, phone number, or precise location) through app use.
During normal use, bounce2 processes user-selected settings, link data needed to resolve supported music URLs, and optional technical diagnostics for troubleshooting.
How Data Is Used
Data is used only to provide app functionality: detect supported links, resolve links, open the selected destination, and apply user configuration.
Network Requests and Third Parties
To resolve links, bounce2 may send link information to api.song.link (Song.link/Odesli API) and destination music service endpoints selected by the user.
bounce2 does not use advertising SDKs and does not sell personal information.
Data Storage and Retention
Settings and optional diagnostic data are stored locally on the user device. We do not operate a user account backend for bounce2.
Users can stop data processing by disabling the extension, removing website access, or uninstalling the app.
Tracking
bounce2 is not designed for cross-app or cross-site tracking for advertising purposes.
Children
bounce2 is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The updated version will be reflected at this URL with a new effective date.
