We reserve the right to refuse admission. If admission is refused no refund will be available. A child’s ticket may only be used by a person aged between 2 and 15 years of age for live events, and 2 and 14 years of age for film and screen arts. We reserve the right to request photo identification confirming the age of the person intending to use the child’s ticket. If a person wishing to use a child’s ticket is unable to produce adequate identification, we are entitled to refuse admission until that person obtains an adult’s ticket. For online payment we accept either Credit Card or Debit Card, although we regret we do not take American Express. Please note there is an administration fee of £1.50 per transaction if you choose to have your tickets posted. Collection from our venues is free. Confirmation of your booking Customers who book tickets using this website will receive an automated e-mail notification confirming that the booking has been processed and a seat or seats in the chosen seating category has been allocated.




If you elect to have your tickets posted they will be sent to the address specified. If you are collecting your tickets, they will normally be available from the venue Box Office which opens an hour before the event, and closes 30 mins after the start time. Alternatively, tickets can be printed in advance from any of our Box Offices. When collecting your tickets please bring a copy of your booking confirmation. Tickets are sent by standard 2nd class post, please allow 5 working days for your tickets to arrive. Worthing Theatres cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay due to postal services and will not be able to refund your postage if tickets do not arrive in time of the event. We will however arrange for duplicates to be available for collection at the box office on production of suitable ID. Tickets may be exchanged for a gift voucher for a small administration fee. In order for an exchange to be made, tickets must be received by the box office at least 24 hours prior to the performance and Worthing Theatres cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay due to postal services
