Head to the Imagination Theatre to watch the LEGO® 4D Movie and Nexo Knights before 3pm as it tends to get busier later in the day. Reach new heights on Sky Rider and Space Tower in the middle of the day when it will be quieter. Personalise your trip with an engraved key LEGO® Brick keychain – only at the Splash and Play store! With our Buy Now, Collect Later service, you can beat the rush by buying your LEGO gifts earlier in the day and pick them up from  when you leave. If you are staying at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort hotel we can even send them directly to the hotel so they will be ready and waiting for you after a full day of adventure.




Make sure to visit The Last Chance Bazaar located in Kingdom Of The Pharaohs, the only store in the entire park where you can purchase individual LEGO bricks. Check out the following attractions and shows which have little to no queues: Brickville, Castaway Camp, DUPLO® Splash Safari, DUPLO® Theatre Puppet Show, Loki’s Labyrinth, Miniland, and X-BOX® Gaming Zone. Head to the big rides like The Dragon, Vikings' River Splash and Atlantis Submarine Voyage in the late afternoon when the park is winding down. If you press them, our fish come to life and shower the explorers aboard the Heartlake City Express. From the safety of dry land, press the buttons next to S.Q.U.I.D Surfer and squirt your friends as they ride the waves. Head up to Vikings’ River Splash and in a hidden cove you will find splash-tastic cannons to drench any Vikings sailing the seas!How do I buy a ticket? To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. All guests buying tickets online OR at the door will be required to make a reservation for an entry time. Advanced Purchase - Best Value and Guaranteed Entry Upon your arrival to the Center, you will enter the "I Have Tickets" line at the start of your reservation.




Please note during peak periods such as holidays, Spring break and Summer there may be a small wait upon entering the reservation line. If you purchase tickets at the door, you will be required to reserve the next available time slot. You will enter the 'I Have Tickets' line at the start of your reserved entry time. The only way to guarantee your entry is to reserve your tickets online. Please note, during peak times, we may sell out of walk-up tickets. The only way to guarantee your entry is to purchase your tickets on advance online. Once inside, stay as long as you like. Why do I need to book a date and time for my visit? When booking your ticket you will be asked to select a date and time for your arrival. This helps us make your experience more enjoyable by reducing queue times, speeding up your entry in to the attraction and reducing crowding. Once inside the attraction, you may stay as long as you like! How can I get the best price? For the best price, book online at least 24 hours in advance of your visit.




Do you offer a military discount?Simply show your valid military ID to receive $4 OFF the standard, walk-up admission price. This offer is valid for you and 5 other guests. Please note that you must show a valid military ID at the Admission Desk at the time of your visit in order to use your Military Saver tickets. Not valid with any other discount, including online tickets and combination tickets. Do you offer a AAA discount? Yes, AAA members can show their member I.D. at the admissions counter to save $3 off their full-price, walk-up ticket. Valid for up to 4 people. Cannot be combined with any other offer, including online tickets and combination tickets. What is the difference between reserved tickets and unreserved tickets? Reserved tickets are any tickets purchased on our website or at the Center. Unreserved tickets are tickets purchased or received from our third party partners.  Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation are required to use this line as well.




Unreserved tickets enter the Center as soon as possible when there are open reservations. My time is in 7 minutes, and there is a small (or no) line, why can’t we enter yet? To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. There are 15 minute windows between reservation times to control capacity in the attraction.  This creates a better experience for all our guests! Why are we reserving a time if there is still a line to get in? During peak times, you may experience a short wait in the "I Have Tickets" line as guests enter the Center.  The first experience in the Center is a live show that takes approximately 15 minutes.  Guests may need to wait in line until the next show beings during their reservation time. What if we are late for our reserved time? Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation will enter the "I Have Tickets" line, but may experience a longer than usual wait time.
