Visit this page to uncover the 5 best gaming chairs of 2013 now.Take a seat for part two of our best gaming desk chair voting. We had you nominate your favorite chairs, and now it's time to select a winner from your five nominees. We're doing things a bit differently this time- there's no poll. Simply head down to the comments section, find your chair of choice, and put a star on it. Feel free to tell us why you're choosing (or not choosing) it while you're there. This post is brought to you by the Commerce Team, a dedicated group of deal hunters and product enthusiasts. Sometimes just the basic couch or recliner just doesn't cut it when it comes to gaming. You don't want your seat to take you out of the game, right? You want your gaming chair to be comfortable, supportive and maybe have a few extra gaming-centric features on it.

To be truly comfortable, you need more than just a regular sofa so here's our definitive collection of the best gaming chairs. Whether you want a chair for your PC or to settle down in front of the TV, we've got you covered. Your spine will thank you, we promise. When only a luxurious leather throne will do Dimensions: 54 x 56 x 141cm | Seat height: 131-141cm | Maximum load: 180kgThere are few gaming chairs out there as just plain luxurious as Noble's premium line. With genuine leather - yes, it does smell and feel lovely - the EPIC series comes in a variety of colours with an attractive stitched hatching on the seat back. Most importantly though is just how solid and comfortable it is while you're sitting at your PC and practically everything is adjustable. You can raise and lower the arm rests, the backrest can be moved to just the right angle and if you fancy a snooze mid game, you can recline it all the way back to 14 degrees. There's always the drawback of the premium price but the EPIC looks and feels incredible once you've got it all set up and, let's face it, you're going to be in this chair for a long time.

Look at it like buying a mattress; you deserve to be comfortable while you play. While it doesn't take too long to build, you should definitely grab a friend to make it easier as the backrest is a little tricky to secure with only one person. Speaking of the back rest, the double spinal and head cushions seal the comfort deal and make everything that little more supportive. You won't believe how much your back has needed that adjustable pillow until it's there. A throne among gaming chairs. Luxurious comfort for those with no budget restraints View item: Noblechairs EPIC Series Real Leather Black/White/Red, Overclockers UK, £439.99Great support and comfort with an eyecatching designDimensions: 52 x 53 x 140-149cm | Seat height: 140-149cm | Maximum load: 150kgIf you want to make a decor statement with your gaming chair, consider the SL4000 as a striking message to the IKEAs of the world. An ultra-comfortable racing-style seat, it comes in a variety of colours if blue doesn't fit in with your style - the white and black is particularly attractive - and everything is adjustable.

Whether it's seat height, four different arm rest settings or the 170 degrees of choice for the back rest, this is a brilliantly customisable offering. It does take a little bit to get used to the cushion of the seat with its racing sensibilities but the lumbar cushion support is exceptional and you'll never want to go back to a standard office chair again. Like the Noble chair, we would suggest you set it up with a friend as things can get a bit fiddly when screwing in the backrest but once it's built, you can wheel and spin away on a sea of comfort. Plus, as an aside, the PVC coating is easy to clean. We definitely didn't spill coffee on it....Those who want to customise everything on a mid range budget. Gaming comfort at a great price Dimensions: 50 x 50 x 117-124cm | Seat height: 47-54cm | Maximum load: 120kgIdeal for when you want your gaming throne to be disguised as an office chair, the Nitro Concepts C80 is well priced and comfortable for long all night sessions.  It manages to both look and feel like a far more expensive too with a stylish design and good cushioning.

While it's not quite as adjustable as the others on this list, it makes up for with supportive and comfortable back and arm rests. Again, it's not the easiest to set up - get two people - and doesn't come with the lumbar cushions of the more luxurious chairs but its foam back support will keep your spine happy and you'll still feel like a super villain as you spin around. There's also the benefit of a perforated seat covering to prevent everything getting too warm in the hotter months. We didn't notice a noticeable difference but it definitely stays comfortable for seriously long Skyrim sessions. Disguising as an office chair but still meaning gaming business. So as we all know, Having a good comfortable chair is very important when you spend a long time in front of your computer playing StarCraft. I have been saving for the TeamLiquid Chair in the TL store but I was wondering others opinion's on this other cheaper brand called "Arozzi" , I couldn't find a thread here but I was wondering if anyone has an Arozzi gaming chair or has experienced the chair.

I am in the market for a new Chair( Back Pain Ahhhh.... )I feel like Maxnomic and DXRacer are on about the same level, but it would be nice to have the Maxnomic chair supporting TL too , obviously this Arozzi doesn't look as nice, but anyone have a better opinion on this?DXRacer (26) 62%Arozzi (8) 19%Maxnomic (8) 19%42 total votesYour vote: Best Gaming Chair?(Vote): DXRacer(Vote): Maxnomic(Vote): ArozziNot a good chair, save for a DXRacer or Maxnomic. Check it out guys. The one that has the best cervical support.screw the brand. I'm curious about this as well. I want a new chair with beastly lumbar support. The random gaming chair i got that has an adjustable mid-back pad xD I thought dxracer and maxnomix were made by the same company - needforseat? Or more specifically the dxracer brand was outsourced to a third party for manufacture. But they decided to go inhouse for maxnomic?Am I wrong here? Arozzi / GTO Omega are considerably cheaper, but obviously not as good quality I feel...some people here must know. I don't think I have ever bumped one of my own threads before, but I am only doing this so others can see the new chair company I found that I have never heard of before so far there are....

1. The obvious / best choice (Most expensive) = DXRacer / MAXNOMIC (TL's awesome chair)2. Arozzi Gaming Chair ( Really great interesting look, sleek and original, not a NEEDFORSEAT replica.)3. Cipher Auto Racing Chair ( Looks great, almost identical to DXRacer, for cheaper. right now you can get one for 180-190$)4. GTOmega Racing Chair ( UK based, ridiculous shipping cost to US, not worth it)5. EZ Lounge Chair ( NEEDFORSEAT Replica for 210$-230$)I feel this is really relevant for anyone that is the market for a new chair around the Christmas Time.Check it !! EDIT : Sorry I meant to PM that -_- If you want a comfortable chair that properly supports you... then you would not go for any of the chairs you mentioned. Those are for looks only, they are actually no better than a 50$ Ikea chair. For example Herman Miller chairs... though they are quite expensive. But even the cheaper brands that do similar things are miles better than these silly gaming chairs. I had no idea there was such a thing as gaming chair.

Personally, I hardly think it matters- what would matter is comfort and that it can be properly adjusted to the right height of your desk- and that includes arm rest positioning. Since wrecking my hands a couple years ago, I'm super sensitive to that sort of thing and found a chair that goes exactly to the right height so my wrists aren't at a funny position. If you have something like a government surplus store, they are super great. The chairs are only lightly used and you can go in and test a ton of chairs and get one for $40 or less. Get either a steelcase leap or a herman miller aeron. If you can't afford a new one, go used. Isn't the best office chair also the best gaming chair? There are a lot of reviews for office chairs. On December 22 2014 06:48 JustPassingBy wrote:Exactly that. People have been hard at work designing the best chairs for gaming for many many years now. It's just that they are not branded as gaming chairs, they are office chairs. Im all in for Ikea Markus in teh budget range.

I've sat in $1000+ executive chairs (in a meeting room) and I've yet to sit in anything more comfy than my DXracer chair. Sure it has bells and frills and fancy marketing nonsense but it's legitimately comfy and I never feel uncomfortable, never have back aches. It's just great for me. I'm 6 feet tall and it's perfectly good for my needs. That said, I'm sure you can get stuff just as comfortable for $150-200, and perhaps just as durable (I've had this chair for 18 months and it show no signs of wear). There's no lack of perfectly good office chairs out there, you just need to find the good one(s).Note: I haven't tried Maxnomic or Arozzi. It's hard to tell if a chair if good by just sitting on it, tbh. People will go the store and sit in 20 chairs for 15 seconds each but really my previous chair was about $200, it was awesome for 30-45 minutes but after a few hours the back aches would creep in and you'd be uncomfortable. In the end you get lucky or you don't, and everyone is different.
