Here is the bed frame I have. It is made of metal and very solid. The queen size is made of two halves that snap together. When moving the frame, you can unhook them and the two halves both fold, making them very easy to move around. Wal Mart sells the queen frame for $89 but I found one new on craigslist for $75. Ikea has some decent mattresses for very reasonable prices. They come rolled up and are easy to move. You only need to give them 72 hours after you unroll them for the mattresses to decompress and flatten out.
