Absolutely nothing to complain. If I could give this minus 1 star I would. After a few months it started to sag, was told to turn it but it just got worse, now it's totally unusable.Thicker than expected but really comfortable. Wowser it's a beast!Very thick especially with the pillow top so you'll be higher up. Firm support and yet still easy to get comfy. Too heavy, hard surface and not comfortable, setting up the pick up was a total joke, luckily Amazon was onboard to arrange it.
