Golf season starts early in Vernon BC Spallumcheen Golf club in Vernon opened it’s 18 hole Championship course this weekend(March 1st 2013) much to the delight of the many eager golfers up and down the Valley. As the snow continues to retreat more courses are set to follow suit real soon. Make the most of the last Month of skiing at Silver Star Mountain. It has been a great Winter season here in Vernon with lots of snow and top class skiing conditions. Silver Star resort is set to end it’s downhill skiing operation for this season on April 7th 2013. The weather is great so lets go have some fun while we can.
The Golf season starts early in Vernon, BC Great news for golf lovers everywhere, the snow is in full retreat and as a result Spall golf club is already up and running for the 2013 season. Indeed the 18 hole Championship course opened it’s fairways to members and the public on Saturday March 2nd 2013. Time to dust of those clubs and clean those shoes, but you might want to wrap up warm too! Watch this space for news of other clubs opening soon, maybe The Rise pictured here will be next.
