The integrity and charming character of The Barn has been preserved without flaw. The Barn features robust original exposed stone walls, vaulted beamed ceilings with chandeliers, and skillfully crafted wide plank flooring. The grand wall of windows overlooks the outdoor garden and patio area as well as the Flying Hills Golf Course and wooded backdrop of Berks County. Accomodations can be provided for up to 150 guests for a variety of special occasions; wedding ceremonies, receptions, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, fundraisers, and family gatherings.




Unique in planning your special day is the ability to personalize your theme and have your event your way. Our clients have their choice of caterer or may choose from our list of preferred vendors. Your event is the only event taking place that day so your privacy is ensured and the venue is yours from 8am to 12 midnight. The Barn has two indoor levels, an outdoor garden, two balconies, a bar area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The building is handicap accessible, with central air and heat, and offers plenty of parking. Saturday is a common day of the week to hold the party; when and where the shower is held is up to the preferences of the host and mother.Traditionally, baby showers are held at the host's home or the new mother's home.




This option is not only convenient but free. Holding the shower at the new mother's house has extra benefits. The mother may be most comfortable at home. She does not need to travel, and her gifts don't need to be transported. Guests can stay to help clean up. Try your local orchard, ceramics studio, bowling alley or museum. These places often rent party space for a low rate. If the guest of honor feels comfortable in one of these unique locations, lasting memories can be made for everyone celebrating the baby's impending arrival.​​​Event Rentals in Downtown PottstownLooking for a place to hold an event?  We are ready for you! Our Main Meeting Space, which is connected to the CAFE, will hold up to 133 people, auditorium style.  There is also a smaller meeting room available which can seat 25 people.   We offer both video projection and digital sound and lights for your event for an additional fee.  




For parties we have seating capacity of up to 96 at our 6' round tables.   Catering is available during hours the cafe is open.
