To literally any of us who have been here long enough to know awoo.space and it’s admins and moderators, to know what it means in our community and the reputation it has, to suggest that awoo.space’s decision to defederate from snouts.online was a malicious action is a dangerously ignorant and incompetent statement.

As a long-standing member of the furry/queer/leftist etc, Masto community and a moderator of another instance, as someone who has worked with them, I am so deeply offended by these accusations, and I’m sure I’m not the only one.

We’ve been here a lot longer than you have and worked our asses off to make this space what it is and we are currently seeing shit get blown apart repeatedly by people who have only been around for a week or so and have very little idea of how the tech works or the culture that we have established.

This is not Twitter, things has been going on long before you got here and you better start understanding what you’re dealing with or we are going to have serious problems. This is completely unacceptable.
