The agent/rep was very helpful and experienced and was especially accommodating. I had to go out of state for a few days longer than the completion date and my rep helped me with that. My only complaint is that months after the repair - the replaced front bumper began to rust and small pits all along the top bubbled with the chrome falling away in small chips. I wished I had more closely inspected it sooner and maybe have gotten a new part rather than a used replacement part.
