I’ve had an accident, what do I do? Call us @ 215-345-5211 – we will need to know if the car needs to be towed and if so we will arrange to pick the vehicle and transport it back to our facility. If the damages do not require a tow then you can come in for an estimate and we will discuss your options. I need an estimate, when can I come in? Our hours for estimates are Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. We can make arrangements for you if needed. Do you work with my insurance company? We work with all insurance companies. We are a direct repair facility for many insurance companies. For the companies that we are not a direct repair facility, they will send out an appraiser to go over the damages and we will continue to communicate with them as additional damages may or may not arise.
