Why we fight spam

Anonymous Chat is the platform for people to connect with others. We want you to find partners you like and meet new people. It is frustrating when you encounter someone who only trying to make money off you.

What we consider as a spam

— Luring users to other resources (telegram channels, accounts, website, etc)
— Attempts to sell anything
— Begging, asking for money
— Sending NSFW content without other party's consent

For how long do we ban

First ban: 1 day
Second ban: 7 days
Third ban: 1 month
Fourth ban: forever

You think you have been banned by a mistake

We will not unban you if you broke the rules.

How we protect your privacy

We do believe that anonymous chat must stay anonymous. Thus, when we fight spam we protect your privacy by doing the following:

1. Artificial Intelligence checks every message. If a message looks suspicious AI sends it to an administrator in order for it to be checked by a human. AI marks only 1 of 100 000 messages.
2. Before message is reviewed by a human, we delete all sensitive data from it, such as your name, link to your account, links to other websites (facebook.com/..., instagram.com/...)
3. Administrator checks the message and decides if it is a spam.
   They do not have access to the whole dialog.
