Regi Campbell, with Nate Larkin, is leading the track at this year's National Disciple Making Online Forum, "Men's Discipleship". Campbell represents a company called Radical Mentoring, which exists to encourage and equip the regional church to produce disciple makers and build leaders with a tested system for deliberate guys's small group mentoring based on the model Jesus gave us over 2,000 years earlier.

It sounds significant, but we think it's true. The world requires sold-out, all-in Jesus followersleaders and disciple makers. The church is Jesus' chosen lorry for spreading his Name and mentoring is his selected vehicle for building the church. Think of it: He mentored 12 disciples who went on to construct the church to over 2 billion who state their belief in Christ today.

Small group mentoring, mentoring like Jesus, and provides a method to transparently share and participate in genuine community with more youthful guys. It allows mature believers to find purpose and meaning as they move into the "providing back" season of life, and it helps the next generation turn into totally alive, replicating disciple-makers.

Both of our organizations think authenticity and openness are the keys to intentional, high impact, guys's little group mentoring programs.
