My technician has been to my house several times for different issues on my garage door. He is very polite, very professional, and always on time. Jose was very professional and knowledge. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Serviceman was exceptionally nice & courteous while being very helpfull. No comments but service was superior especially for the same day service. The first technician said something was bent and it would take a week for them to come back and fix it. The next day they called and came by and said nothing was wrong with the unit,,oiled it and the rails and the door joints. Glad its working but why did the first guy see something bent and the 2nd guy did not? Did the Technician's arrival time meet your expectations? It wasn't no fault of the Tech, it's the wishy - washy of the person setting up my appointment that made if difficult for me because I had set everything up one week & half prior to the installation, still didn't get the time I wanted so I MISSED WORK to have it done. The installer was very thorough and friendly. Service technician would be rated higher than 5 if possible. I did not get a proper invoice in my e-mail. All I got was a blank gray page. It did not list what was done or Very fast and convienant came out right away when my garage door would not open. He did a GREAT job! I would like the same person back if I would need more work done.
