INVITATION TO BID
Infrastructure Transparency Initiative - Ethiopia (COST -Ethiopia) is a country-centered Multi-Stakeholder initiative that works to improve Value for Money spent on Public

Infrastructure, by increasing Transparency in the delivery of construction projects.

The Initiative used to run and is running different programs with the Grant made by Infrastructure Transparency Initiative (COST).

The Initiative requires an Audit service (that complements the regular quarterly monitoring being made by the International Secretariat) to confirm that the Grants are being used for the intended purposes.

The Multi-Stakeholder Group Executive Committee (NMSG EC) of COST – Ethiopia now invites Audit Firms for the aforementioned service.

Eligible and interested Firms shall collect Quotation Submission Sheet and Terms of Reference, from the address below, free of charge.

The deadline for bid submission is 5:00 PM, April 01, 2020. Bids will be opened, in the presence of bidders' representatives, who want to attend, on April 02, 2020, at 10:00 AM at the same address.

The Initiative reserves the right to reject the Bid.
