In the latest chapter of Lotus Eaters, Sannyo rolls down one of her sleeves when she decides to become the dealer for a dice game. This is something casino dealers do in order to show that they don't have anything in their sleeves and dissuade any accusations of cheating.

To be more specific, men would take off basically their entire attire except for their underwear, while women only needed to roll down one of their sleeves as to not expose themselves. Though, if she's wearing a sarashi, she might do it with her entire top off.
