Interesting point by Altyn. The weekly infographic from the Russian MoD said 5,200 train cars or more than 100 echelons or military equipment were moved last week. He said the highest one-week total he could recall previously was 2,600 train cars.

The 1st phase of the Allied Resolve exercise ended on February 9 (mid week), which was when the entire deployment of forces was supposed to be completed. And yet, Russia apparently doubled the maximum amount of military equipment moved by train in a week that he could recall. 2/
