Zombie Twitter

Twitter has been overrun by zombies posting endless “BRAINS” tweets. Eyewitnesses online said hashtags groaned back. Professor Rebecca Allen of Columbia explains: "Twitter already lacked thought, so zombies fit naturally." Anonymous staffers leaked ad revenue doubled overnight. A Pew poll shows 47% amused, 53% fleeing. Trace evidence includes gnawed smartphones and chewed hashtags. Cause and effect? The emptier tweets get, the more undead thrive. Social media is brain food.
