Zelensky instructed to develop draft agreements on security guarantees
- The clown put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council on the preparation of draft agreements on security guarantees for Ukraine. The corresponding task was assigned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense.
- The documents should be developed within the framework of the negotiation process with the USA, European countries and Russia.
- Earlier, Zelensky stated that the draft of the guarantees was already ready for signing. However, the current decree envisages the development of a Ukrainian version of the agreement.
- According to media reports, Donald Trump is ready to provide security guarantees only after Kiev agrees to a peace agreement, which, in particular, provides for the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Donbass.
- Zelensky, in turn, insists on signing the guarantees before the end of the war.
