Zelensky imposed sanctions against Alexander Lukashenko.
He stated that he would work with "partners" so that it would have a global effect.
The restrictions include asset freezes, termination of trade and transit operations, a ban on financial transactions, participation in privatization and public procurement, securities transactions, technology transfer, and a ban on entry into Ukraine.
