On the way in the revolving doors were very stiff and my smallest son got trapped. He was really frightened. The entrance was messy and rubbish was spilling out of the bins. We started on time, and my partner and I went to the cafe area upstairs. It was an absolute mess! Rubbish on every table, no one clearing up in between each session. There was only one poor lad all by himself at the counter the entire time we were there. When I finally got served, after a 30min wait, I had to ask for a cloth to clear down my own table. The rubbish bins were over flowing here too. My son came back from the toilet and said he had wet feet. Of course they are all in socks for the inflatables. My partner went to the gents and he came out with stories of the floor being very wet, flooded, no toilet roll and again, very messy. Too many customers? Grubby, over heated tiny place. Place was grubby and boiling hot. The lockers are broken so there is no where to leave your keys or phones ect. The web site and safety video show a climbing wall and galditor battle bit neither of which are there. The staff told us to watch a video and wait for the whistle to go on. There was 1 member of staff at a random point on the inflatable but im not sure what she was ment to be doing as she did not stop the bigger kids from launching the plastic balls at each other hitting the little kids. Or stop the kids from running under the kids on the big balls which ment quite a few got hurt when they got fallen on. Save Ur self and find a trampoline park or go swimming or basically any where but here. A great place to take the kids. Visited with two grandkids. Easy booking process and met with a warm reception person who explained everything. Great little snack area overlooking the inflatables so you can get refreshments while the kids are enjoying themselves. Kellyshort36 3 публикации. I went with my friend and we had the time of our life the bubbles and jumping platforms I love it!!! Brian F 1 публикация. An excellent time was had by all, my daughter loved the whole thing. An excellent level of staffing, who were very well trained and very curtious. I found the cafe area clean and well stocked of all items on sale. I am physically disabled and I was able to get around pretty easily. We will have to go again as the kids loved it. Emma 2 публикации. Absolutely amazing staff, great experience had by all. Upon arrival we were welcomed by an approachable member of staff who was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. She talked us through the paperwork requirements and informed us what happens in the safety briefing before the kids were allowed to jump. I explained my concerns in regards to my eldest sons additional needs and that I or an adult in our party will be required to join him at times and if that would require an additional fee of a paying adult. She was so supportive and understanding and reassured me about all my worries. She also supplied us with the knowledge that there would be members of staff within the inflatable at all times and that our son would be okay and monitored on safety, which would allow him to have some independ play if he wished. Our time there was enjoyed by all, so much so that we paid for an extra hours play time, offered at a discounted priced, as we all wanted to stay longer as they were having so much fun. We ordered some food and refreshments from the menu and I was pleasantly surprised by the portions sizes and the high quality of the food served. The pizzas were a fantastic size and looked very tasty my son ate the whole thing so I was unable to find out for myself how delicious they are, but my son said they were 'super yummy' and the chicken nuggets tasted home made. Overall we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We have already pre booked our next visit very soon. The staff looked after them and during the party food Emma was fantastic with all the children, this party was was great well worth the money Had an amazing time, great location and the kids loved it! The staff were amazing, really interactive, kept the kids entertained. The cafe is great with lots of food offerings available and very reasonably priced! Would highly recommend this venue for all!
