Один из лучших отелей на Мальдивских островах. Гостей встречает вся команда отеля во главе генеральным менеджером, который дорожит каждым клиентом. Отель — прекрасен: номера просторные, чистые, с шикарной косметикой собственного приготовления; пляж широкий, чистый, вход в океан хороший. Все рестораны с разнообразной и очень вкусной кухней. Есть свой домашний риф. Очень много развлечений для всех возрастов. Персонал отеля очень вежливый. Спасибо за роскошный прием! Буду советовать всем туристам обязательно приехать в этот отель. Этот отель порадовал всем: размером - метров длинною, прекрасная еда - здесь вы отведаете кухни стран Индийского океана, итальянскую, японскую, азиатскую; хорошие номера с изящной мебелью; и самое важное - замечательная работа всего персонала! Начните утро с заплыва с маской и трубкой, ибо есть что посмотреть на своем домашнем рифе! Затем завтрак, который вас приятно удивит - богатый выбор. Sarah wrote a review Yesterday. Best vacation EVER! This island is truly a magical paradise! We were lucky enough to spend just over two weeks at Lux in October and everything was amazing! They layout of the island is great and we often felt as if we had the place to ourselves! We ate at every restaurant and bar and the food was spectacular every time. What an amazing holiday, the staff can not be bettered. From the G. Jonas, to our room attendant Antal all first class. The Atoll is large enough to absorb its clients it never felt busy, lots of Resturants and bars to keep the interest. My name is Ionutz and I have been to Maldives for 10 days, in January I stayed in room , with lovely views over the ocean and everything was perfectly done every single day. When I got there, I have been welcomed by their lovely staff who were waving at us as we got off the sea plane. I felt like I was in heaven already, giving the views of the island and the 5 stars resort. Every day I felt welcome by the staff and everyone was very nice, polite, and happy to have us there. He was our guide, and his job was to make sure we have a nice Holiday, throughout our stay in the Lux resort. Every day he was up early, greeting us with a big smile and kind words, he was laughing with us and always making sure we are having the time of our lives. We went snorkel every day, and he would always tell us the best place to dive and see the turtles, mantras, baby sharks or Nemo. Most of the times he would join us , with his GoPro, and surprise us with a video or photos, photos that made our stay incredible. If we had to go to dinner, he would always prebook our table and make our dinner even better, having the best seats or the best views over the clear water of the ocean. Everyone loved him, and his kind character, his beautiful presence and everything he did for us. I planned my holiday and things I wanted to do, but I never imagined I would come across such a special person, such a lovely guy. Date of stay: January Trip type: Travelled with family. Amazing Guest Service with Nacer. Already upon arriving at the hotel LUX did we get a great welcome from the team. Nacer is in charge of making the guests feel welcome and comfortable and he did a great job doing so. He made sure everything was constantly organized and that we felt comfortable throughout our entire trip at the LUX hotel. We had a great experience with him, as he always made sure that everything was perfect for us with reserving the restaurants in the evening and coordinating everything. Date of stay: July Value. When we were considering resorts, we found that many AI packages were either madly overpriced or very limited. LUX seems to be made for it. Overall, food was very good, especially when you consider it was all part of an AI package. There was only one thing that really let this place down for us - the service. It was just so inconsistent. We had outstanding service in some places Allegria, East Bar to terrible service in others most notably in Beach Rouge. We went there 3 times hoping the service would be better, but we consistently had to track waiters down to get hold of menus and then go through the another round of effort trying to order something.
