The staff went out of their to make us extra comfortable all the time! In particular Anwar, Nand Kumar and Sahu made sure our every need was well taken care of. The resort is very well designed. The villas are well-stocked with everything that one could possibly need. Every little detail has been thought through. The food at each of their restaurants is exceptional! It was a proposal of a life time. We will come back to merry!!! We loved everything about it. It was the little details that mattered for us. The fact that we had a late flight on the day of check out and we were accommodated as much as they could. It was the the little touches that we appreciated and made our stay absolutely wonderful. Nafa, who showed us around when we first arrived was both informative but also extremely accommodating and generous with her time and advice. Thanks nafa for continually checking up on us. The food in the restaurants was excellent far beyond what we would have expected and the option to change restaurants every night was great and ideal for some change in the daily routine Hamakaze and Thila were amazing. We would also recommend looking up the SPA, the treatments were excellent and staff superb. Staff generally was very nice and service oriented. In summary, we had an amazing experience at that place. The rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were really nice. The staff quite friendly. The check in was extremely convenient and quick. We stayed at the beach villa and it was beautiful. The service at the whole resort and staff were all super efficient and kind. The spa massage and facial were also amazing experiences. The whole experience was just therapeutic and a great getaway that I would recommend to any couple. Will remember this holiday for the rest of my life. Will definitely be going back again. The service at the resort was exceptional. Great for family with any age group children. Shallow shore snorkeling for little kids and easy access for deep sea snorkeling by ourselves with own safety for family with teenagers. Other sports facilities like tennis, Basketball, ping pong etc. Clean kids room and playground! Staffs are great as well. Caring customer very well with unexpected service! One of the best resort in the airport area. Nothing, apart from the jeweler on the resort. The staff and the resort were amazing, Irina and I decided to get engaged and Saleem and all font desk staff were so amazing. We stayed in a Deluxe Beach Bungalow for 3 nights. Some staff members were not friendly. Food room service or restaurants needs revamping in my opinion. The path ways for buggies are two small and difficult for people to walk. The attention to detail was great, everything was perfect. This place is wonderful. The staff here are amazing, welcoming and very professional. I think we ate at all but two restaurants whilst there and the food is absolutely amazing. We went all inclusive and it was well worth it and will go all inclusive next time also. The island is a good size with a beautiful beach and crystal clear water, just beautiful. Very highly recommended for couples as is very peaceful and romantic. A special thank you to Executive chef Mr Janne Antero Ollikainen, Luba and Jessica for making our dining experiences special and very enjoyable. Nothing I only recommend to refurbish the rooms. Проверенный аккаунт Турист. Посетили данный отель парой в феврале, предварительно тщательно изучив отзывы как на этом сайте, так и на Booking. Рейтинг очень высокий и в основном отзывы очень хорошие. Я всегда читаю и плохие отзывы, чтоб сравнить мнения разных людей. Здесь попался один очень негативный отзыв, человек написал в сердцах, на него тут же накинулись с критикой и обвинениями во лжи. Теперь озвучу свое мнение: Многие люди в своих отзывах дают оценку не конкретно этому отелю, а всему курорту Мальдивы в целом — что теплое море, офигенный песочек, тепло, рыбки и т. Это сайт с отзывами именно отелю, а заслуги отеля в том, что Бог дал им такую природу — никакой! Теперь конкретно и по пунктам Плюсы: - неплохая задумка в целом, вереница вилл вдоль береговой линии, несколько корпусов в глубине острова, несколько ближе к пляжу, между ними большие островки зелени, красиво, зелено, тенёчек! Минусы: - первый и сааааамый огромный минус этого отеля , о котором практически никто не написал — полное отсутствие нормального входа в море!!!!! Люди едут на Мальдивы не только лежать на песочке, но и купаться!!! А входа в море нет!!!! В одном месте, напротив бара, прочищен или прорублен кусок дна размером 5 метров на 20 метров, который условно можно назвать хорошим входом! Но и там без коралловых тапок не войти, на дне валяются куски камней, о которые можно переломать ноги, почти у всех отдыхающих ушиблены руки, ноги, спины и т. Весь остальной периметр острова — это сплошные камни, которые во время прилива покрываются водой примерно по колено, во время отлива просто торчат из воды фото прилагаю!!! Те, кто бронирует виллы на берегу и наивно полагает что смогут, выйдя из своей виллы сразу попасть на пляж и плавать — не тут-то было, это не тот вариант! Весь отель входит и выходит из моря именно в том расчищенном пространстве, натыкаясь друг на друга, ощущение толкучки полное и воспоминания об Анапе начала х годов!!!! Во время сильного ветра и волнения моря к берегу прибило некоторое количество водорослей, которые болтались именно в том месте, где все входят в воду, так как в двух сторон камни и водорослям просто некуда деваться. Спустя несколько дней они начали гнить и вонять, ощущение малоприятное. Не об этом мы мечтали, ехав на Мальдивы! За это ставлю отелю большой минус за сервис! Банные полотенца меняли только тогда, когда их бросишь на пол. Не бросил — вытирайся одним и тем же все 12 дней - все улыбаются, но при этом совсем не торопятся сделать обещанное. У нас в номере не работал холодильник, в жару пить теплую воду и напитки как-то не очень приятно было, ходили на рецепшн 3 раза, просили, писали записку, опять просили чтоб холодильник заменили. Только через три дня, уже после того, как пришлось повышать голос, объясняя что хочется холодной воды, пришли и поменяли холодильник. Вот это вообще трэш! Можно было заказать чай и ждать его 40 минут! Официант кивнул, ушел и с концами! Просишь другого официанта — та же песня…. И так постоянно! Неужели нельзя поставить кулер с горячей водой и положить пакетики с чаем и кофе, чтоб любой желающий смог сам себе налить чаю…… - питание очень слабое…. Как уже писалось — курица, говядина и сухая рыба — это изо дня в день в меню, много сильно острой пищи, на завтрак либо омлет, либо одни и те же круассаны и так ежедневно…. Несъедобный сыр и пересоленное подобие бекона — без комментариев. Фруктов практически нет, овощей тоже. Цены на напитки в мини-баре на алкоголь емкостью 50 грамм- убили!!! Нужен хотя бы один человек, который бы занимался именно растениями, обрезал висящие ветки и т. В один из дней, когда дул сильный ветер, огромный сухой лист с пальмы упал практически перед лицом проходящей мимо девушки, чуть ее не зашибив. Это не есть хорошо Подытоживая скажу- получилось длинно, но объективно! В целом отдых удался, потому что море, песочек и солнышко делают свое дело, портить себе отдых, зацикливаясь на некоторых минусах, мы не стали. Общались с русскими парами, почти все были единодушны в том, что первые дня 3 у людей присутствует полное несоответствие ожидаемого и действительного. Потом люди пытаются отдыхать, закрыв глаза на мелочи. Опыт путешествий у нас довольно большой, поэтому данный конкретный отель есть с чем сравнить. Если бы не отвратительный вход в море, возможно я порекомендовала бы его и рассмотрела для повторной поездки. Но учитывая все изложенное — нет, воздержусь. Не согласен с автором этого отзыва. Люблю и хорошо знаю Мальдивы летал на них 19 раз, отдыхал на 25 островах, на Куда Бандосе провел неделю в сентябре года. Жил как раз в 'гарден руме' - как и автор. Этот отель - самый дешевый на Мальдивах изо всех курортных островов и у него великолепное соотношение 'цена-качество' отдыха! И я с удовольствием рекомендую его для отдыха своим друзьям! Хорошие номера, отличный сервис, хорошее и разнообразное, вкусное питание, красивая природа и неплохой домашний риф - и все это за небольшие по мальдивским меркам деньги - по сравнению с другими такими же островами-отелями. Зайти в море и выйти из него для снорклинга можно практически в любой точке острова, а вот для 'купания' этот острова, да и сами мальдивы - не очень подходят. Элементарная техника безопасности нахождения в воде подразумевает наличие маски, трубки, ласт и защиты от солнца - оптимально - лайкровый гидрокостюм с руками и ногами - в воде можно сгореть даже за полчаса. Кораллы окружают остров со всех сторон и это нормально для Мальдив! Заходишь в воду - одеваешь снаряжение - и плывешь! На Куда Бандосе на кромке рифа ежедневно проводил в воде на снорклинге по часов. А 'купаться' без снаряжения просто опасно! Тем не менее некоторое пространство для этого тоже есть! На мой взгляд автор отзыва - кисейная барышня - придирается к мелочам - этакая 'принцесса на горошине' - которой все не так. Её представление о Мальдивах просто не совпало с реальностью - так это её психологические проблемы, а не отель виноват или Мальдивы. Хотите безупречного сервиса, исключительно 'вылизанного' острова?! Возможно остров и поменялся в чем-то в худшую сторону - был на нем полтора года назад - но не до такой же степени! У меня остались совсем иные впечатления-воспоминания! А фотки? Спорить с вами не собираюсь. Для неверующих специально приложила фото. Можете оставаться при своём мнении, а я высказала свое и при нем останусь. А я и не собираюсь спорить! И общаться с такими людьми просто не вижу смысла. Если почитать отзыв самого Валеры и комментарии к нему, а так же его комменты про этот отель других пользователей, которые осмелились нелестно высказаться о данном отеле то видно, что человек просто никому не даёт сказать ни слова, всех обзывает истеричными и все отзывы и комменты неадекватными. О чем тут говорить? Возможно просто он сам неадекватный, либо является сотрудником данного отеля, либо ему приплачивают за отзывы. Ему доказывают что не все так радужно, что нет там изумительного питания, что в воду не поранившись не зайти А люди еще и с маленькими детьми приезжают, им что, тоже ласты и вперёд??? Каждый едет за своим! Он сноркать - флаг в руки. А кто то просто покупаться и поплавать немного, не на риф который представляет собой не корраловый риф в нормальном понимании этого слова, а глыбу камня, возле которой плавает небольшое количество рыбок, даже в Хургаде было куда круче , а просто у бережка, но это не тот вариант! И я хочу, чтоб следующие туристы это учли, имею на это право, полное!!! Но Валера против! Против всех несогласных! И не зная меня совершенно, не зная других людей, написавших правду - всех обозвал и всем навешал ярлыки! Я считаю что с таким человеком просто не о чем говорить! А из всего изложенного каждый для себя пусть решает кто и зачем едет на это остров и кто что хочет получить. Я вас полностью поддерживаю. У меня тоже негативные впечатления от пляжа. Была на разных островах, отель неплохой, но касательно поплавать и песчаного входа в море, есть места получше. С Валерой спорить бесполезно, кроме грубости ничего не услышите. В гидрокостюме и снаряжении это уже другая категория отдыха. Риф симпатичный, но много мест с очень мутной водой, хотя не исключаю , что мы просто попали не в сезон, были в августе.
