Al Bait is a stone away from the Corniche, we do not have a private beach at the resort, however we do have an outdoor swimming pool. Just next to the hotel you will reach a souq, where you can buy all kind of vinatage things. Clothes, household goods, stones, jewellry, etc etc. You can make a shortcut and reach the souq directly from the small side door out of the hotel cafe. Please do try the selfmade icecream - they have a shop which is belonging to the hotel! I will for sure come back as soon as possible and could recommend this hotel to all travellers. А ведь в этой стране существует жесткий дресс-код, запрещающий мини-юбки, декольте, короткие шорты и прочие привычные нам вольности! Кроме того, на территории эмирата Шарджа действует сухой закон. Чтобы понять, что влечет в непьющую страну суровых русских туристов мы предприняли небольшое путешествие в одну из самых интересных стран Ближнего Востока. Шарджа - столица одноименного эмирата, за годы нефтяного бума город обзавелся джентльменским набором небоскребов, но пальмы и песочные пляжи Персидского залива никуда не делись. Впрочем, при желании можно омыть ноги и в водах Индийского океана - вам хватит примерно пары часов, чтобы на автомобиле добраться до другого берега Аравийского полуострова В Шардже, как в Греции есть все. Единственное, что вы не найдете на всей этой территории - от берегов Персидского залива до вод Индийского океана, так это спиртное! Впрочем, было бы не совсем честно описывать ужасы сухого закона. Во-первых, потому что страждущие могут найти утешение в соседнем более толерантном Дубае оба города слились в один конгломерат. Там алкоголь для немусульман подают в барах и ресторанах впрочем, какой эмират более толерантен это большой вопрос - в Шардже построен единственный на всем Аравийском полуострове православный храм - церковь святого апостола Филиппа. А во-вторых, никто не будет проверять, какие гостинцы вы привезли с собой в отель из дьюти-фри - хозяева полагаются на совесть гостей, надеясь, что они со своим уставом в чужой монастырь не будут лезть. Но надо помнить, что появляться подшофе в публичном месте это очень плохая идея. Зато плюсы от строгих норм морали налицо: старожилы уверяют, что Шарджа самое безопасное место в мире в любое время дня и ночи. Если в Турции отдыхающие дамы не знают, как спастись от назойливых знаков внимания со стороны местных джентльменов, то здесь никто не нарушит их покой. Вряд ли бы они его арестовали - он ничего криминального не сделал, но ему пришлось бы вывернуться наизнанку, чтобы объяснить, кто он такой и почему так себя ведет. Улицы Шарджи напоминают шахматную доску, где черные и белые фигуры арабы очень любят свои традиционные одежды разыгрывают этюды. Русская речь на набережных Шарджи слышна на каждом шагу. Но одинокие девушки, которые теоретически могли бы протестировать эффективность системы безопасности Шарджи встречаются очень редко. В основном русские передвигаются группами в составе - мама, папа и ребенок. И в этом наверное секрет популярности Шарджи у россиян. Беби-бум нулевых годов явил миру новый тип русского туриста, которого интересует прежде всего семейный отдых с детьми. А для этого времяпрепровождения Шарджа действительно идеальное место. Здесь все заточено под интересы детей. Специальные датчики определяют твое местоположение и перекрывают в этой точке потоки воды льющиеся из-под потолка. Детей эта хитрость приводит в дикий восторг, так же как и парк экзотических бабочек, созданный в искусственном оазисе на острове Аль-Нур. В закрытом павильоне обитает около бабочек из джунглей Индии и Юго-восточной Азии. Тут же в холле огромный выбор цветных карандашей и листов бумаги с раскрасками, где только что увиденных бабочек можно разрисовать. Это на какое-то время отвлечет молодую поросль от их главной задачи - проделать дырку в вашей голове , и у вас появится немного времени, чтобы спокойно выпить чашечку кофе. Здесь постоянно проходят самые разнообразные развлекательные, музыкальные фестивали, спортивные шоу. Когда пляжный отдых с традиционными водными развлечениями наскучит, самое время вспомнить, что в Шарджа это еще и центр экологического туризма. Для ценителей природы раздолье на Восточном побережье. Именно там, в Кальбе, располагается единственный на Ближнем Востоке Центр хищных птиц. И, пожалуй, это единственная возможность увидеть цирковое шоу с участием соколов , сов, грифов и других обитателей небес. Выполняя команды дрессировщика пернатые артисты летают прямо над головами зрителей, иной раз для пущего эффекта осознанно я в этом уверен касаются крылом шевелюры посетителей. И в этом момент особенно зримо ощущаешь всю грозную мощь этих птиц, которых местные жители тысячи лет использовали для охоты. Неподалеку от Кальбы находится заповедник Аль Хефия.
