Following the global success of Genshin Impact, that became one of the highest-grossing mobile games of 2021, a global publishing company of miHoYo's games named Cognosphere (trading as HoYoverse) was launched in 2022 aimed at expanding content production outside China. HoYoverse is based in Singapore and has since done business globally under the brand including under operations in Montreal, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Seoul.

Zenless Zone ZeroZenless Zone Zero is a free-to-play action role-playing game developed and published by miHoYo (with publishing outside mainland China under Cognosphere, d/b/a HoYoverse). The game was released on Windows, iOS, Android and PlayStation 5 on July 4, 2024. A port for the Xbox Series X/S was released on June 6, 2025.
HOYO-MiXHOYO-MiX is a musical group and music studio under miHoYo, primarily responsible for producing songs and soundtracks for various miHoYo games, including the Honkai series, Tears of Themis, and Genshin Impact. The studio is headed by Cai Jinhan, miHoYo's music director. The inaugural Game Changer award honored Amir Satvat for helping workers in the industry find jobs amid mass layoffs. Several new games were announced, including Elden Ring Nightreign, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, and The Witcher IV. The show was viewed by over 154 million streams, the most in its history. Journalists praised the game announcements, developer speeches, and deserving winners, though the eligibility of downloadable content led to mixed responses.
