The cause of death of deceased pornhub star Yurizan Beltran has finally been revealed to the public.
The adult actress, also known as Yuri Luv, passed away from an accidental opioid overdose in her Los Angeles, California home in December 2017. Her body was reportedly found surrounded by several bottles of pills.
According to Complex , Beltran died of an inflammation of the lungs, medically known as bronchopneumonia, after reportedly overdosing on a prescription opioid called hydrocodone.

Per her friend Nick Melillo, Beltran had been arguing with her boyfriend at the time of her death. He also revealed her battle with drug usage, stating: ‘It’s very difficult for girls in the adult business to find men who are willing to accept them... That’s why she took drugs here and there.’
Melillo also claimed that Beltran had ‘died in her sleep.’
After appearing on the cover of Lowrider magazine at just 18 years old, Beltran shot to fame as an adult film actress on Pornhub, perhaps most famously portraying Kourtney Kardashian in the pornographic film Courtney Confessions.

News of the adult film star’s death was confirmed by Pornhub Platinum’s director of business development Dan Hogue, who stated: ‘The entire PornStar Platinum family is in mourning at the news of the loss of one of its family members... She was always kind to me and we will miss her.’
The adult film industry has been rocked by a number of untimely deaths in just the past few months. Just days before Beltran’s passing, another adult film star, August Ames, was found dead in her Southern California home at just 23 years old.
Yurizan Beltran was an adult film actress who appeared in more than 200 adult films over the course of her career until her death in December 2017.
Her death triggered an outpouring of grief from those involved in the pornographic industry. Prior to her passing, Beltran also garnered a strong following on social media, boasting more than 253,000 followers on Instagram and some 389,000 followers on Twitter .

Rumors swirled last week that porn star Yurizan Beltran had committed suicide. Beltran's death came the week after X-rated star August Ames took her life after being cyberbullied for perceived homophobic comments.
But the adult actress professionally known as Yuri Luv accidentally overdosed on prescription pills, close friend Nick Melillo told Newsweek in a phone interview.
Beltran, 31, was found dead in her home on December 13. The night before, she got into a fight with her boyfriend, whose name Melillo didn't know. But relationship problems constantly plagued the adult star, he said.
"It's very difficult for girls in the adult business to find men who are willing to accept them," Melillo explained. "That's why she took drugs here and there."
Melillo, a photographer who goes by the name Nickey Milo, met Beltran in 2004 when he was 18 years old. Together, they produced more than 250 videos together.
He emphasized multiple times that Beltran wasn't addicted to drugs or struggling with depression, but occasionally took pills, smoked pot or did cocaine when she was upset. That kind of actiivty wasn't anything out of the ordinary for the type of life she lived.
"The adult business is rampant with drugs—especially crystal meth, because it's cheap—and pills," Melillo said.
Authorities didn't immediately know what drugs Beltran took. But Melillo thought it could have been Norco or fentanyl. "Supposedly there was one or two pills left over," he said. "She died in her sleep… It was just that one too many. A lot of people accidentally die." That, Melillo, added, was the tragic case with Beltran.
Relationship issues weren't the only things to haunt Beltran. Apparently, she owed money to the government and her paychecks from the adult industry were being garnished. After her last job, she tried to avoid the government by having her money sent to someone else through a wire transfer, but she never received the payment for her work, Melillo said.
Beltran's death was nothing short of tragic, her friend said.
"She had love all around her but she didn't accept it. And that's tragic story of most of these girls, like August Ames. Had love all around her—real love," Melillo said. "So many people cared about her."
Melillo held a memorial for Beltran on Sunday. Friends and family released purple balloons, her favorite color.
The actress wanted to leave the adult video world behind, and help her friend, Yoko Senesac, with an animal rescue business.
"She was going to turn her life around and help Yoko full time with the rescue business," Melillo said. "Yurizan was determined not to get into crazy stuff in the business—not get involved in a life in the business and live a life on the outside. In the last two years she decided she wanted to get out."
Melillo created a GoFundMe account to help raise money for Beltran's funeral. In a note posted there, he remembered his friend and business partner.
"There is a special place in heaven for a person like you, it is in the loving, kind, fun section, so while your there be your bossy self and tell them, 'Step it up,'" he wrote . "We love you and always will."

LOS ANGELES — Porn star Yurizan Beltran’s death late last year was primarily caused by “hydrocodone toxicity,” and her death has been listed as accidental, the coroner’s office reported today.
The 31-year-old woman, whose full name was Yurizan Beltran Renteria, died at a residence in Los Angeles County on Dec. 13, according to the coroner’s office.
