The exchanged one works really well, and my brother is quite happy with it. But obviously, getting a defective item does leave a question mark on its product quality control process. The first massager wouldn’t start at all even after charging it all night, which was quite frustrating. At least they shipped the replacement right next day after requesting the exchange, and this time it worked out perfectly. Now, let’s move on to the price. This one is my 3rd massage gun and compared to other 2 , both of which cost me around $100, this one is quite pricey. I don’t think I would pay $239 ( shown on Amazon). But, with a 50% coupon offered at the time of this review (thus making it about $119) I would think it’s worth buying it for its quality as well as functionality. If I have received the working item at first, I would have given it 5 stars (with taking a 50% coupon into account).
I like that it is easy to use, and battery life really last as stated.
THIS THING HAD BROKEN INTERNAL PIECES BOUNCING AROUND CAUSING DAMAGE IN THE 1ST HR OF USE! GET RID OF INTERNAL PLASTIC PARTS! 4 HRS OF RUNNING TIME IS A COMPLETE FALSE STATEMENT. WHY DON'T MAKERS OF PRODUCTS USE ONE FOR A MONTH BEFORE SAYING, ITS GOOD SELL IT?
This is a pretty good affordable alternative to the theragun. It’s a bit heavy and bulky for me to hold, but I’ve got small hands, so it will probably be fine for a man or women with regular sized hands. The attachments are nice and easy to put on and take off. My one big complaint is that it tends to overheat and then shut itself off after about 20 min. It’s a good safety feature, but the longevity of use isn’t great. The battery life is nice, though.
This massage hammer works! There are 3 settings and several attachments that work for different problem areas. I use this often and would absolutely recommend to anyone who gets sore muscles.

i was saving this for christmas but it just couldnt wait. my husband absolutely loves using this on his aches and pains in his knotted up back and it does wonders. has helped me a ton with lower back pain as well. be prepared as it does get intense as the vibration gets turned up.
I ordered on of these as a Christmas gift. Sadly the unit was defective and I had to return in for a replacement. I received the 2nd unit and it was defective as well. Both massagers would charge but would not function. When you would try to turn them on they motor/rotor would make a single thunk and then stop. The first one I actually got to work once or twice but as soon as you put any resistance against the massaging head it would stop. Absolute junk. One bad unit is unfortunate but it happens. Two bad units it absolutely unacceptable. Will not purchase again and would recommend any avoid this company. There are plenty of other options out there.
Bought with my Christmas gift card. Received it, charged it and nothing wouldn’t massage. It would turn on and surge once and turn off nothing. Sent for a replacement and received the second one, same thing happened. Sent back for a refund and bought a different brand cheaper that works wonderful! Wouldn’t allow me to give it 0 stars or I would have.

Traurig, aber wahr
Ich war sehr gespannt auf das Gerät, da es mir helfen sollte meine Nackenschmerzen zu lindern. Es wurde geliefert und ich packte es aus. Musste leider feststellen, dass die Anleitung leider nicht in Deutsch mitgeliefert wurde. Auch der Stecker war nicht für unseren Stromkreis bestimmt. Ich kann manchmal nur den Kopf schütteln, ob sich jemand überlegt, wohin er die Ware schickt. Ich werde es nun verpacken und zurückschicken. Traurig, aber wahr.
