Last Updated: December 19, 2025This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy" or "Policy") describes the types of information Post Punk Publishing LLP and its affiliates ("YourFriend," "we," "our," or "us") collect and process from and about you.
Except as described below, the Policy applies to all websites, mobile applications, and any other electronic/digital products or other services that are made available by YourFriend and that link to this Policy, and our offline services (collectively, the "Services").
Undefined capitalized terms used in this Policy have the meaning set forth in the YourFriend Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect
When you access or otherwise use our Services, we collect information from you. The types of information we collect depend on how you use our Services. Please note that we need certain types of information to provide the Services to you. If you do not provide us with such information, or if you ask us to delete that information, you may no longer be able to access or use certain Services. The information we collect includes data you directly provide to us, data we obtain automatically from your interactions with our Services, and data we obtain from other sources.
Information you provide directly to us. We collect information directly from you. For example, you provide us with information when you use the Services, communicate with us, register for an account, subscribe to our newsletters, or participate in our community or social media discussions. Information you provide directly to us may concern you and others and may include:
- Identifiers, such as your Telegram username or user ID;
- Demographic information, such as your date of birth and general geolocation information;
- Interests, such as preferences based on account settings or feedback on the Services;
- Financial information, such as payment information and other information collected through our payment processing vendors (Stripe and CloudPayments);
- Commercial information, such as purchases and transaction history;
- Your content you submit, such as chat communications and shared Characters;
- Voice data, including recordings of your voice, if you choose to use certain voice features; and
- Contents of communications with us, such as customer support messages.
Information you provide directly to us might also include information that may be treated as sensitive under applicable laws, such as login credentials, personal communications received or sent using our Services, or other information about yourself that you choose to provide when using our Services (e.g., if you voluntarily post user content revealing your race, religion, or sexual orientation). Sensitive personal information is not required or necessary to use the Services – please do not include any sensitive personal information in your interactions with us or the Services.
Information we collect about your use of the Services. We and our third-party providers, which include advertising and analytics providers and other service providers, use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Services. Please note that the specific tracking technologies and third-party providers may vary depending on where you are located and whether you access the Services via our websites or mobile applications.
We use these technologies to collect and analyze device, Internet, and other electronic network activity information including information about your computer or device (e.g., device type; browser type; ISP or operating system; IP address; device identifiers; version of our Services you are using); information about how you use and interact with the Services (e.g., domain name; access time; referring or exit pages; page views; Service-related identifiers such as User ID, Chat ID, Session ID, etc.; and actions taken within the Services); and geolocation data.
Information we collect from other sources. We may also collect information from other sources, such as when you are referred to us by another user. In this context, we may receive your name and contact details. We may also receive information from third-party platforms, for example, such as when you interact with our ads on other platforms, or when you interact with our social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Discord. Information we collect in this context includes information about how you interacted with our ads or the third-party platform; information about your device; demographic information (e.g., age, interests); and geolocation data.
We also collect information that is available on the Internet or from other publicly available sources to evaluate and improve our Services, including for model training and development.
2. How We Use the Information We Collect
We use information for the following purposes:
- Provide, administer, and operate the Services and our business;
- Generate and analyze inferences about use of the Services, such as your preferences and interests and trends about our Services (e.g., which portions of the Services are used most frequently, how users navigate the Services, and what our users like or do not like);
- Tailor the Services to your preferences and interests;
- Evaluate the success of advertising campaigns;
- Communicate with you, including to inform you about features or aspects of the Services we believe might be of interest to you;
- Communicate with you about changes to our terms, conditions, or policies; or to respond to your inquiries, comments, feedback, or questions;
- Analyze, maintain, improve, modify, customize, and measure the Services, including to train our artificial intelligence/machine learning models;
- Develop new features, algorithms and machine learning models, programs, and services;
- Provide advertising and recruit new users, including provision of tailored advertising;
- Authenticate your account credentials, as necessary to log you in to the Services and help protect the security of your account;
- Process payments;
- Detect and prevent fraud, criminal activity, or misuse of our Service, and to maintain the security of our IT systems, architecture, assets, customers, and networks; and
- Comply with legal obligations and legal process and to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you, or other parties, including to enforce our Terms of Service and any other agreements or policies.
We combine information that we collect through the Services with information that we obtain from other sources. We may also aggregate or anonymize information collected through the Services. We use and disclose aggregated or anonymized data for a number of purposes, including without limitation for research and marketing purposes. To the extent we anonymize any data originally based on personal information so that it is no longer reasonably linkable to an individual or household, we maintain and use such data in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify the data (except for the purpose of confirming it is de-identified).
3. When We Disclose the Information We Collect
We disclose information in any of the following circumstances:
- Affiliates. We disclose information to our affiliates and subsidiaries, who may use the information we disclose in a manner consistent with this Policy.
- Vendors and Service Providers. We disclose information to employees, consultants, service providers, and other vendors who need access to such information to carry out work or perform services on our behalf, such as those who provide data storage, payment, technology support and services, customer service, analytics, fraud prevention, content moderation, legal services, and marketing and advertising services.
- Safety and Protection of YourFriend and Others. We may disclose certain information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary or appropriate to (i) protect or defend YourFriend or other parties, including to defend or enforce this Policy, our Terms of Service, or any other contractual arrangement; and/or (ii) protect the rights, property or personal safety of YourFriend, our agents and affiliates, our employees, users and/or the public.
- Advertising and Analytics. We may disclose personal information to advertising and analytics providers in connection with the provision of tailored advertising, to monitor the performance of advertisements displayed on our behalf on the Services and across the Internet, to provide analytics services, and to help improve our Services. These entities may use cookies and tracking technologies to allow us to, among other things, track and analyze data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver tailored advertising and content, and better understand your online activity.
- Your Content. Certain actions you take might result in your content being made available to others, including the public. For example, if you create or share content, such as creating "public" Characters or a "public" Voice, we may make that content available and visible to others.
- Legal Requirements. We may disclose certain information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary or appropriate to comply with any law enforcement, legal, or regulatory process, such as to respond to a warrant, subpoena, court order, or other applicable laws and regulations.
- Business Transfers. We may disclose certain information, in connection with or during negotiations or closing of any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- Other Disclosures with Consent or at Your Direction. We might make additional disclosures of your information to third parties when you direct us to do so. For example, where you direct us to disclose information about you when you refer us or our Services to your friends or other acquaintances.
4. Your Choices
We offer you certain choices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
Profile information. You may delete your account by contacting us at support@p-p-p.co. You may also verify, correct, or update certain of your information by contacting us.
Marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by following the directions in those emails. Please note that if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you administrative emails regarding the Services, including, for example, notices of updates to our Terms of Service or this Policy.
Cookies. Depending on where you live and the options available on your device or browser, you may have the ability to manage the cookies in use.
Rights to information about you. Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions under local law, you may have the following rights:
- To request information about our processing of your personal information;
- To request access to and/or a copy of certain information we hold about you (including in a portable and/or machine-readable format);
- To object to how we process your personal information;
- To opt out of sales of personal information or targeted advertising;
- To update or correct your personal information;
- To request that we delete certain personal information we hold about you;
- To restrict how we process certain personal information about you;
- To request that we transfer your information to a third-party provider of services;
- To withdraw consent for the processing of your personal information, when under applicable laws you had previously provided consent; and
- The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
Please note that certain information may be exempt from such requests under applicable law. For example, we may retain certain information for legal compliance and to secure our Services. We may need certain information in order to provide the Services to you; if you ask us to delete it, you may no longer be able to use the Services.

To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity and requests before granting such requests. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may be unable to respond to your requests.
5. Regional Privacy Disclosures
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to object to certain processing activities and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to delete personal information; and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Other United States Residents

6. Children's Privacy
The Services are not designed for minors under 18, and our Terms of Service prohibit use by anyone under 18.
7. Data Retention
In General. We keep your information for the time necessary for the purposes for which it is processed or as otherwise described at the time the information is collected, unless a shorter retention period is required by law. The length of time for which we retain information depends on the purposes for which we collected and use it and your choices, after which time we may delete and/or aggregate it. We may also retain and use this information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Popular Characters. If a Character you create has been made available to other users, then we reserve the right to preserve that Character's characteristics and to keep that Character active on the Services, even if you otherwise delete your data and your account. We do this to avoid impacting the experience of other users. To ensure that we do not retain information about you when this occurs, please avoid submitting any such information as part of the Character creation flow if you are creating a Character that you plan to make available to others.
8. Links to Third Party Websites
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites or services. The collection, use, and disclosure of your information by third parties will be subject to the privacy policies of the third-party websites or services, and not this Policy. We urge you to read the privacy and security policies of these third parties before providing information to them.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update in this Policy. If we make a material change to the Policy, you will be provided with appropriate notice in accordance with legal requirements such as by email or prominent posting within our Services. By continuing to use the Services, you are confirming that you have read and understood the latest version of this Policy.
