Action packed, quality tv show leaves you wanting more. Clean enough tv show to not make you feel dirty after watching it, but still an adult show with rich characters. Great writing that I could watch again and again on tv or in the cinema. Classic characters you want to see develop which remind me of Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul. I hope to see these Good Girls tv show characters develop and grow.

I felt better about this book when I learned it was published in 1998. While I was reading it, I had the feeling I'd gone back in time to a time when I read so many epic family dramas where everyone was married to the wrong person, in love with either someone bad for them or the spouse of a friend/sister/niece, whatever. However, this one was more of a wannabe. There were characters who were never fleshed out, unbelievable couplings, too much made of some events and not enough reaction to others

I really wanted to abandon it several times but something made me keep on pushing through, maybe a sense of nostalgia for books in this genre I read in my youth, or maybe it was that old thing that compels me to finish a book, any book, EVERY book. I thought I had put that behind me; I suppose I suffered a relapse.

I wasn't sure I wanted to read this book (and I'm not even sure why) but it was next in the "to read" box so I decided to read it rather than set it aside. WoW! What a surprise! The stories of three (3) women are shared throughout the novel that could just as easily be a work of non-fiction. It is a poignant reminder that secrets always are revealed eventually no matter how carefully protected they seem. I would highly recommend this book for any reader who is wrestling with keeping a secret. It

Good Girls This book is a good read. It starts out with a murder and then takes the reader back to the first time the main character meets the victim and well before you get to the murder again you are glad he's dead. The whodunit is open though as the story portrays any number of people who could have done him in. I was mildly surprised at the end.
