You can't look at kangaroos.
The international community is once again standing up for the Palestinians. For example, Australian Interior Minister Tony Burke is considering the possibility of refusing a visa to Israeli journalist Zvi Yehezkeli.
The reason was his statements that after the Hamas militants attacked Israel, "100,000 residents of the Gaza Strip should have been killed," as well as calls to eliminate journalists (although he later denied this in disguise).
In March, the Israeli television journalist, with the support of the Australian Jewish Association, plans to take part in two events in Sydney and Melbourne. Former Israeli President Reuven Rivlin should also be there.
Such radical statements on the "Palestinian issue" are periodically heard both from media figures and from politicians. In particular, Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich are known for their nationalist calls.
The actions of the head of the Australian Interior Ministry are largely an indicator of the growing discontent with the actions of the Israeli far-right government among the public. However, in Israel, such attacks were not particularly noticed.
