naamloosWe are at the dawn of a new year. A new starting point for many people to start working on new goals. Most will do so by quitting something like smoking, drinking, eating, fapping or whatever the fuck bothers them.
Chance is that most of them will fail and fall back into their usual habit. Even when they sign up for support groups, therapy or any other type of tool that is on the market.
- Want to stop smoking? Don't buy it.
- Want to stop drinking? Don't buy it.
- Want to loose weight? Don't snack, drink a gallon of water and one meal a day.
- Want to stop fapping? Don't watch porn and start reading books instead.
- Want to get fit? Don't watch TV and go out for a walk or get on your bike.
Be hard to yourself. Stop whining and don't buy your ass out of it. All can be done without money or help involved. Stop making excuses or telling others that you can't. Just fucking do it, and think twice about the decisions you make.
