In a statement released yesterday, the CNB said it mounted an extensive operation from July 7 to July 11, with support from officers from the Singapore Police Force. The drugs seized included about g of ketamine, g of Ice, 30g of heroin, 2, Erimin-5 tablets, ecstasy tablets and a small amount of cannabis. In one of the raids on July 7, CNB officers arrested a year-old Singaporean in the Toh Guan Road area who was suspected of trafficking multiple types of drugs including ketamine, ecstasy tablets and cannabis. The suspect is being investigated for drug trafficking and faces a minimum of five years imprisonment and five strokes of the cane if he is convicted, said the bureau.
