Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • Grease and line two 8-inch cake pans or one 9×13-inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, and baking powder.
  • Beat the butter and sugar for about 3 to 4 minutes until light and fluffy.
