Demus Lee WESTMORELAND, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on September 27, 2017, in Beaumont, Texas, by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force. Texas DPS CID Special Agents and the Berea Police Department from Kentucky also assisted in the investigation. WESTMORELAND had been a fugitive since February 2017 after absconding from his last known address in Galveston, Texas. WESTMORELAND also has ties to Sugar Land (Fort Bend County) and the Lexington, Kentucky area.In 2008, WESTMORELAND was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Indecency with a Child by Exposure after an incident in Fort Bend County involving a 6-year-old girl. He subsequently was sentenced to 10 years of probation.In February and March 2017, two probation violation warrants for WESTMORELAND's arrest were issued by the 400th Judicial District Court in Fort Bend County. An additional warrant of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender was also issued by the Galveston Police Department.The arrest was the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers and a reward will be paid.
Mark Timothy McBride:
McBride, 58, is wanted for failure to comply with sex offender registration
requirements and for violating his parole and probation. He is 5 feet 10 inches
tall, weighs about 250 pounds and may be wearing glasses. He was previously
convicted in 2006 in Tarrant County for three counts of indecency with a child
via sexual contact, for an incident involving two 16-year-old girls. He was
sentenced to seven years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and also
received 10 years of probation.He disappeared from the North Richland Hills
area in 2011 and hasn’t been seen since then. He had expressed an interest in
living and working in Alaska, according to the news release. McBride has
connections to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and previously lived in Pagosa
Springs, Colorado.
Manuel Raul Maese: Maese is a high-risk sex offender with ties to El Paso, Texas. In the 1980s, he was convicted in El Paso County on two separate incidents of Indecency with a Child and Aggravated Assault. In 2004, he was convicted in El Paso County on 5 counts of Indecent Exposure. In 2012, he was convicted again of Indecent Exposure in El Paso County and subsequently received a probation sentence. MAESE has a history of working as a commercial truck driver. He may be known as "Manny" and has used the alias of Manuel Montalvo in the past. REWARD: Up to $3,000

On May 3, 2013, the Grapevine Police Department issued a warrant for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. Rodriguez is a recent resident of Tarrant County and has relatives in California and New Jersey. He holds a valid helicopter mechanic license. REWARD: Up to $3,000
Daniel Carrillo, a confirmed member of the Partido Revolucionario Mexicano gang, has primarily resided in Alpine, Texas in Brewster County. He has also resided in Ratcliff, Texas, located near Lufkin in eastern Texas, and in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico, located across the border from Presidio, Texas. In 1997, Carillo sexually assaulted a 4-year-old male child. He was later convicted in 1999 for Sexual Assault of a Child in Brewster County and was sentenced to ten years in TDCJ prison. In 2009, he was discharged from prison. On December 18, 2012 a warrant for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements was issued by Alpine PD. REWARD: Up to $3,000
David Dale Booth: Booth is a convicted sex offender required to register as a sex offender every three months. Booth was born in Illinois and lived in Colorado and Wyoming in the 1980s and early 1990s. His last known ties were to Wichita Falls, Texas. In 1993, Booth was arrested in Tarrant County and later convicted of Attempt to Commit Murder. In 1998, he was convicted in Tarrant County of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Indecency with a Child - Sexual Contact for an incident involving an 8-year-old girl. He subsequently received a 25-year sentence in TDCJ prison. In May 2014, Booth was released on parole and registered as a sex offender in Wichita Falls. He last registered with authorities in August 2015. His whereabouts since then are unknown. On September 15, 2015, a parole warrant for Booth's arrest was issued by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles. On November 12, 2015, the Wichita County Sheriff's Office issued two additional warrants of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. Booth has past employment working in the rail car repair services industry.
Monroe Hernandez: Monroe Hernandez is a convicted sex offender with ties to Waco, Texas. In 1993, Hernandez was convicted of Sexual Assault in McLennan County for an incident involving a 21-year-old woman. He subsequently was sentenced to 6 years in TDCJ prison. In 2001, Hernandez was convicted of Driving While Intoxicated - 3rd or More in McLennan County and received a 17-year sentence in TDCJ prison. He was paroled in March 2014. On Sept. 10, 2014, a Parole Violation warrant for Hernandez arrest was issued by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles. On April 11, 2016, the Waco Police Department issued an additional warrant for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. Hernandez may be living under an alias name.
Manuel Muniz: Manuel MUNIZ is a convicted sex offender with ties to Bosque County, including the communities of Morgan, Walnut Springs and Meridian. He also has ties to Del Rio and Ciudad Acuna, Mexico.In the early 1990s, MUNIZ received a 9-year prison sentence after he was convicted on multiple counts of Burglary. In 2007, he was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child in Bosque County after he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl. He subsequently received a sentence of 15 years in TDCJ prison.MUNIZ was paroled in November 2016 and last registered as a sex offender with law enforcement authorities in December 2016. He absconded several months later from his last known address in Morgan, TexasOn February 16, 2017, a parole warrant for MUNIZ's arrest was issued by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles. An additional warrant of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements was issued on February 23, 2017, by the Bosque County Sheriff's Office.MUNIZ has past employment as a construction worker.
Troy James Allison: Troy James ALLISON was born in Houston, Texas, and has an extensive criminal history, including convictions for Assault-Threat to Take Life in 1973 and Indecency with a Child in 1976. In 1977, ALLISON confronted a 22-year-old female at a Houston apartment complex, struck her in the head with a revolver, and abducted her to another location where he raped her at gunpoint. He was subsequently arrested for Aggravated Rape and received a 75-year sentence. ALLISON was paroled in 2003 and has been on the run from authorities since 2004. He was last seen in the Lufkin, Texas area and has family in the Houston and Conroe areas.ALLISON is currently wanted by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles for Parole Violation (Original Offense: Aggravated Rape) and by the Lufkin Police Department for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.ALLISON has past employment as a pipe fitter, welder, and meat cutter. He was in the US Marine Corps and has the letters "USMC" and "ZAN" tattooed on the outside of his upper right arm.
Daniel Garcia Brown: Daniel Garcia BROWN, a convicted sex offender affiliated with the West Texas Tangos gang, was captured in El Paso on September 22, 2017. Working off investigative information, BROWN was located and apprehended without incident by DPS Special Agents and a Highway Patrol Trooper near an apartment in El Paso.In 1999, BROWN was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault and Aggravated Kidnapping for an incident in Midland County in which he sexually assaulted a 24-year-old female at gunpoint. He subsequently received a sentence of 9 years in TDCJ prison.In 2010, BROWN was convicted in Midland County of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. He received a sentence of 25 years. BROWN was released on parole in June 2016 and ordered to reside at the El Paso Transitional Living Center. On August 5, 2017, BROWN was allowed to go to work but never returned to the facility. Subsequently, a parole violation warrant for BROWN's arrest was issued. On August 16, 2017, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office issued an additional warrant for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.The arrest was not the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
SAN ANTONIO — A 17-year-old faces child pornography charges after being caught using his cell phone to record a boy’s genitals in a school restroom, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
Elijah Segovia was arrested Thursday after police found several videos of child pornography on his phone.
According to the affidavit, Segovia was caught taking the recordings by school administrators on Dec. 9.
The document said he would enter a stall and pretend to use the restroom. When other students entered and used a urinal, he would place his phone on the floor next to his shoe and record them.
Police obtained a search warrant and found two videos that show Segovia performing a sexual act on an unidentified child.
Segovia faces a charge of possession or promotion of child pornography.

If your idea of good porn involves a randy dandy macking on matrons of the local haberdashery, loosen your bow ties and unfasten your corsets. Things are about to get steamy in the drawing room.
For its new Remastered project (warning: link leads to NSFW images), adult streaming-video website Pornhub has, with the help of AI, restored and colorized a series of vintage erotic films, some going back more than 100 years, and posted them online.
"These films show us that human sexuality was alive and well in the early 1900s," Pornhub says.
It's a fascinating romp through erotic history that's by turns charming, funny, artful and eye-opening.
The collection of 20 films spans the late 19th century to the 1940s. Some of the earlier offerings are pretty chaste. For example, in The Undressing, from 1896, a Victorian woman dares to show her naked feet. In The Hairdresser, from 1905, a woman styles her tresses, topless, looking like a classical painting come to life.
But later films are far less restrained than one might expect of ye olde sexy times -- and definitely not safe for (most) work. As early as the 1920s, the films show voyeurism, bondage, spanking and cosplay. There are sex toys, same-sex interludes, threesomes, foursomes and more-somes.
