YPIP Alumnus Rustam Temirov Joins Ericsson 

Rustam Temirov, a 2020 alumnus of the Young Professional Internships Program (YPIP), landed a job at Ericsson Budapest, one of the leading providers of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to service providers. After completing an internship, Rustam was offered a job extension as a Student Developer in May 2022.

Rustam attributes his career growth to completing a YPIP internship at Alif Tech Tashkent to design microservices for their web-based applications. Then, as a senior student at Tashkent University of Information Technologies (Samarkand Branch), majoring in Software Engineering, Rustam took advantage of the opportunity to improve his personal and professional development, such as overcoming communication barriers. Rustam believes that through the YPIP internship experience, he better understands the importance of social responsibility and society and got inspired to continue studying and exploring new areas.

“I would not be able to be where I am right now without the knowledge and experience received during YPIP. I am thankful for working with helpful and professional colleagues and approachable mentors," he notes.
