My wife and i have been trying to have a baby for about 2 years with no luck. We went to DR and after testing my sperm count he determined i had low motility and sperm count. This meant low volume.. which means less chance for us to conceive. The Dr recommended supplements and also chose SpermXL as one to try. Though the wife and I are very active in sexual activity and i don't suffer from ED; i had noticed smaller volume upon ejaculation during intercourse. Just starting my second bottle of SpermxL to improve my sperm count to help get my wife pregnant. We have been trying for about 4 months, not working out that great. It arrived on time from amazon and I really like the the bottle. The supplement facts have a lot of different ingredients and loads of vitamins and minarales and aminos and Maca and Cordyceps. I read a lot about the benefits of Maca and Asparagus and lycopene with is also good for a high count. The thing I don't like is it does not specify the amount each ingredient in the Spermxl blend. It says 659 millegrams of SpermxL blend but doesn't break down the amounts of ingredients. But it seems to be very complete. I've been taking 2 pills every day for about a month and will continue to take it daily. I usually take it in the morning with some orange juice about 1/2 hour before breakfast with a glass of juice. I'm really excited and am hoping that I'm hoping it will help that this bottle will get the job done! I'll keep you posted.

I'm giving it 3 stars for now because it has increased my sex drive. Once we conceive I'll give it a 10. We've been married almost ten years and no baby yet. I will continue taking these pills to give them a chance. If we conceive, I can truly say these Sperm XL did the trick. I will definitely report back if we get our blessing!!!!
We’ve been trying to conceive for a year and a half, so I bought these a few months ago to see if they could help. We aren’t pregnant yet, but we are hopeful! The only downside is my husband doesn’t like the taste of the pills.
My girlfriend has been wearing me out, I mean I can keep up but after 3 times, come on something has to give, I mean she's crazy, but totally worth it. So to keep her happy I started to do some research, looking for that extra help you might need, but without the bad chemicals. A friend recommended this to me and I owe him big time. I have been taken these for about 3 weeks and it surprisingly helped my libido. However the taste of the pills could be better, but I think its working. I guess we will see how it goes in the long run, but at least she's happy. I'm semi happy, I did enjoy my sleep. I think it is totally worth a shot.
I bought this for my husband because he was diagnosed with low counts. However he didn’t see any change in it taking one bottle. However I noticed him more moody if anything. I didn’t know why then realized it was from the pills. He stopped taking them and wasn’t moody like he was anymore. Not sure why these pills would make a man moody but beware if you notice it. He said he didn’t feel any different taking them, not horny, not feeling any engery in them. However they are very expensive to keep buying and with no coupons I don’t think we will continue to buy anymore!l since he didn’t see any results and it put him in a bad mood everyday. But the only good thing is that there isn’t a lot of pills to take like some other fertility pills. He is not good at taking pills everyday. Maybe they only work for some men. If they worked or not worked for you, I would like to hear your review as well on these.
