Wow. So I was just waiting for this account to disappear/delete or whatever since the only thing I really use livejournal for is fandom related stuff and I use my other account for that. However, it hasn't purged yet! Geez, how long does it take? Then I was like, I guess I'll use it as it's here anyway and this is the only way certain people can contact me, etc, blah, blah, blah. Oh wait, is this a paid account? Hmmm..I should probably check on that. No, it's not. The mystery remains unsolved. I guess since I'm gonna post I might as well catch some of you up with moi. So for those of you not in the know, I work at the Ferndale Library. It's totally kick ass 'cause everyone's nice and the work environment is great and I get paid so much more moola, plus books are awesome. But (don't tell anyone who works there this) I'm bored out of my mind! It's the same thing everyday. Mattie, how did you survive so long? Does Mattie use LJ? I don't know, I haven't read my Friends page in, like, a year, maybe more. Does anybody else watch So You Think You Can Dance? ~hears crickets~ No? Just me then. I'm totally obsessed. In case you don't know what the show's about I'll tell you. It's about dancers...and they dance! Ingenious! I skipped classes all week and I used lies to cover it up. Lies, I tell you! LIES!!! Actually, not really, I don't think I even bothered to give an excuse, that's how much of an old hat I am at skipping class. And I didn't even have the excuse of randomly running off to San Fransisco like certain people (who will absolutely give me lots of pride prezzies when they come back) I could name. My brother totally freaked when he found out I didn't have health insurance. Which I find funny as he's the one in Iraq. He chewed me out over the phone. But that situation will soon be solved as there is an Admin Assist job with my name on it. Muhahahahah!! After I got my wisdom teeth pulled, the drugs gave me some freaky shit hallucinations. Seriously , the worst ever. I'm talking spiders crawling all over my body, an octopus suffocating me, and dead people. I couldn't sleep cause I'd freak out every time. I wish I had saved more of the pills, damn it. This is all rambly and strange, but sushi and rambly go together like..um..two things that go together and since I had sushi for lunch/breakfast then I had to write all rambly. Don't you see?
Things I Have Recently Learned 1. Just because a shampoo and conditioner are a crazy blue color and they smell like candy does not mean that they won't make your hair look kick ass. 'Cause they make my hair look damn good. 2. It's ok to paint your walls over(and over and over) until you get a look you like. There is no shame in re-do's. 3. If you leave a wonderfully smelling body wash in the shower, it will get used by anyone curious enough to smell the bottle, including strangers. 4. Be careful, because you might just get mono. That's right, I have mono . Those who are planning to taunt me(who haven't done so already) I will kiss you, insuring that I shove as much saliva into your mouth as possible so that you also can suffer. Sound disgusting? Good, cause it will be.

So apparently Colleen thinks I'm moving out because she posted an angry blog about me on myspace, which isn't why I'm moving out at all. I seriously don't know where she got that idea from. That happened days ago and didn't even factor in the choice to move out. I responded accordingly to her post and from the sign off it was clear that we were still friends. I tried calling and messaging her multiple times, but it's become quite obvious that she doesn't want to talk to me and rather than live in awkwardness like we did with Fritz, I just chose to leave. I mean, I know she has problems with confrontation, but what kind of best friend chooses to not only run away, but not tell you, then decides that rather than talk and work out any problems, just hides out and waits for the friendship to dissolve? That was the clincher. I was originally going to move out cause I've heard multiply times that living with friends is a bad idea(I now find this completely true, good job Cam on getting out early). I really didn't want to live with her anymore as she'd become so bossy about the house that I didn't really feel like it was my home, but I thought I'd move out and we could work on our friendship, but then everything else happened so the move out became a lot more traumatizing. So I've moved on to the anger stage, though I don't actually feel all that angry, just mildly pissed. Are there stages for a fucked up friendship or is that just for death? Obviously there's more to it than this, but this is all I'm up to writing for now. I wasn't going to post this, but then I remembered all my LJ friends who live for the drama and thought, why not? Also, I have to say that the 3 am call was so great. I love you.
I really, really hate her right now. Being forced to leave my home is bad enough, but I know there are some friends that I'll probably never see again. I just can't help but wonder what kind of person does this? I mean, I've defended her against a lot of criticism from a variety of people, and now I just think that maybe they were right. I really hope that some of you call me tomorrow, otherwise I'll just assume you never want to hear from me again, don't expect to. The move out is going to be pretty speedy as I can't stand staying here any longer than I have to. I'll be up for several more hours as I can't seem to stop crying, Goodbye my beautiful room with beautiful trees.

Whew, so I've had this totally busy week. I do have Friday and Saturday off though, which I'm extremely excited about. Although, it's slowly becoming as busy as a work day. I have to wake up by 8 to run errands then head off to do some volunteer work. Plus, I've scheduled a huge amounts of friend time with a variety of you. Hurray! I totally forgot to tape Veronica Mars on Tuesday so if any of you have copies I would love you forever. Also, WTF, stop being such a pansy bitch(you know who you are :P) Edit: I have to go back and edit this because after the diatribe I just wrote it could be misconstrued as being meant for you. It's not.

Today was insane! I have never seen her that angry. We probably shouldn't have let her drive as it seemed like she was going to kill someone. And though it was a little scary (and made me carsick), I bet she could have written some awesome songs in that state of mind. I have this huge list of things I'm going to buy at Lush. Also, I love Ricola Natural Herb Cough Drops.

Here I sit, in my bed (where I've been most of the day), alternately sleeping and reading books. Surrounded by tissues, cough drop wrappers, and drinking out of the Simply Orange container, while nonstop listening to Death Cab for Cutie. Must remember to get tickets to Death Cab for Cutie So, me and Colleen are too sick to go to California. She believes that we are being punished for too many vices. Apparently it was too much smoking, drinking, and having sex. However, we sweat blood and tears to get these days off and we're going to use them goddamn it! We're resting up today and possibly tomorrow, then we're heading up to Whistler and spending a few days up there. It will be more restful than the long drive to Cali and camping, and we'll save so much on gas, that we'll have way more to spend. Now, we don't snowboard, but Whistler is still super fun. The shopping, the partying!, and the cute people with accents from all over the world! Uh oh, are new neighbors are being really loud. The one couple who lives next door to us(the one's with the stick up their asses) is so going to call the cops on them. Amusing.

OMFG! Snakes On A Plane was so awesome! Everybody was so into the movie, it was crazy fun. Being able to yell at the screen without getting shushed is an experience I encourage everyone to have. Also, I am totally scared of snakes now, and of getting trampled by people wearing heels. There were so many quotable lines, but as I don't want to spoil anybody I'll just tell you my fave line involved a plastic spork. Seriously, it may seem really silly, but it was one of the funnest movie times I've ever had. And I'm sure everyone else who saw it will agree. When this comes out on dvd, we are all so having a Snakes On A Plane drinking game night. (Did a snake bite someone? Everybody do a shot!)
