Critical Role is coming back with the third campaign.
Critical Role , the long-running Dungeons & Dragons series, is finally ready to return with a brand new show, Exandria Unlimited . The team announced their newest mini-campaign with eight episodes on June 10th, 2021 , and here’s everything we know about it.
Exandria Unlimited is the third campaign set in the Critical Role universe. It takes place 30 years after CR’s first campaign, Vox Machina , and 10 years after Mighty Nein , the second campaign that came to an end on June 3rd.
The campaign’s description states that we’ll see the freshly-formed characters who we first saw in Emon city. And interestingly, the story of Exandria Unlimited is canon, meaning that the events of this mini-campaign would affect the entire lore of Critical Role .
So, if you’ve watched the first two major campaigns, you certainly can’t miss this one.
When writing this article, Critical Role’s latest adventure, Exandria Unlimited , is scheduled to premiere on Thursday, June 24, 2021, at 7 PM PDT. After that, the episode will be rebroadcasted at 12 AM and 9 AM PDT on Twitch.
You can catch the premiere on Critical Role’s official Twitch and YouTube channel. Also, the VOD will be immediately available for Twitch subscribers; however, it will be available to watch on YouTube on Monday, June 28th at 12 PM PDT.
Finally, if you’re interested in watching the podcast version of the premiere, tune into Critical Role’s channels after a week on Thursday, July 1st at 5 AM PDT.

This wiki contains spoilers for all stories of Critical Role . This includes the story for unaired episodes of The Legend of Vox Machina , as it's based on the first campaign of Critical Role from 2015-2017.
The first series of Exandria Unlimited followed the Crown Keepers , a group of adventurers from Tal'Dorei , in 842 PD - close to 30 years after the Chroma Conclave 's attack on the city and six years after the end of Campaign Two . [1] In the first eight episodes, the Crown Keepers grouped together to acquire the Circlet of Barbed Vision and eventually protect its dark powers from those who intended to use it in bad faith.
Later, in a two-part installment of Exandria Unlimited called Exandria Unlimited: Kymal , the Crown Keepers attempted a casino heist in Kymal . This was followed by Exandria Unlimited: Calamity , featuring all new characters and taking place almost a thousand years earlier at the end of the Age of Arcanum .

All episodes of the first season of Exandria Unlimited were pre-recorded before airing. [2] The series was created by Marisha Ray , and co-produced by Maxwell James and Steve Failows . [3]
Aimee Carrero was supposed to appear as a guest in the second campaign of Critical Role, but couldn't due to COVID-19 restrictions. This led to her becoming a cast member for Exandria Unlimited . [4]
The series opening features stained glass art by Joanna Johnen and animation by Christian Brown. [5] The character art used in the show is by Hannah Friederichs. Music for the main theme and art reel was composed by Colm McGuinness with additional original music by Omar Fadel and Hexany Audio. [6] The character miniatures were modeled by Eldritch Foundry and painted by Iron Tusk Painting . [7] Critical Role released a video showcasing the creation of the minis on Twitter.
The " Exandria Unlimited Wrap-Up " (Sx59) was streamed after the conclusion of the eight episode series, on August 26, 2021.
