Xander Corvus (born November 18, 1988) is an American pornographic actor , director, and singer. [2] [3] He received numerous adult industry awards, including the AVN Award for Best Actor and XBIZ Award for Male Performer of the Year in 2017. [3]
Corvus was born and raised in what he describes as "a very rough neighborhood" in Columbus, Ohio. [4] After his mother converted to Christianity, he began questioning religion and being strongly critical of the Christian faith. [4] His mother is White-American and his father is African-American . [5]
Corvus appeared in about 1,700 videos in his pornographic career. [2] Corvus originally sought a mainstream acting career, appearing in an episode of Zoey 101 . [4] By 2010, he struggled to find work. [4]
Corvus was in a relationship with actress Lily Lane until December 2018 [4]
In an interview with XBIZ , he discussed his battle with alcoholism , describing the experience as "just bad. I was getting fat, I was sick all the time. And, yeah, I would say what really got me to stop was seeing myself and seeing what I was putting Lily through." [4] According to his Twitter, Corvus has been sober since February 10, 2016. [3]

Xander Corvus was born in "The Discovery City" of Columbus, Ohio on November 18, 1988. Around age 22, he began his career in the adult entertainment industry in 2010. He began directing films in 2016 and since 2010, has worked for studios and companies including Brazzers Network, Evil Angel, Naughty America, New Sensations, Wicked Pictures, Vivid, Digital Sin, New Sensations, Reality Kings and many more. Corvus is a multiple-time AVN Award-winner, with awards in 2012 for "Best Male Newcomer" and "Best Supporting Actor". In 2014, he won another AVN Award for "Best Supporting Actor" and again for a third time in 2015. In 2017, he won an AVN Award for "Best Actor" for his work in The Preacher's Daughter (2016). In 2018, Corvus won an AVN Award for "Best Group Sex Scene". During his career, he was also nominated by Erotic Lounge, Nightmoves, Sex Awards, Spank Bank, The Fannys, TLA RAW, and Virtual Awards shows. In 2012, he won the XBIZ Award for "Supporting Acting Performance of the Year: Male". He won his second XBiz Award in 2015 for "Best Actor in a Couples-Themed Release" for his work in The Sexual Liberation of Anna Lee (2014). He won his second XBiz Award in 2016 for the same category, for his work in My Sinful Life (2015). In 2017, he won his third XBiz Award for "Best Actor in a Feature Movie" for his work in The Preacher's Daughter (2016). Corvus also won the 2017 XBiz Award for " Male Performer of the Year". He is also a two-time XRCO Award winner, with consecutive award wins in 2010 and 2011 for "Best New Stud".
