Poytaxtimizda Finlandiyaning Xelsinki universiteti Huquq ustuvorligi markazi (Rule of law centre), Toshkent davlat yuridik universiteti va Xalqaro Nordik universiteti hamkorligida xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy konferensiya ish boshladi.


"Huquq ustuvorligini ta'minlash: Finlandiya tajribasi" mavzusidagi II xalqaro ilmiy-amaliy konferensiyani Xalqaro Nordik universiteti rektori, iqtisodiyot fanlari doktori, professor Sherzod Mustafakulov va Toshkent davlat yuridik universiteti rektori, yuridik fanlari doktori, professor Islambek Rustambekov kirish so‘zi bilan ochdilar. Ular Finlandiya huquq ustuvorligi mezonlarini o‘rganishning ahamiyatiga keng to‘xtaldilar.

Konferensiyada Helsinki universiteti Huquq ustuvorligi markazi direktori Tujia Brax va Helsinki universiteti Jinoyat huquqi bo‘yicha professori Sakari Melander o‘z ma'ruzalari bilan ishtirok etishmoqda.

Konferensiyada fin huquqshunos-professorlari sudlar, prokurorlar va advokatlar xolisligi, qonun ustuvorligini o‘lchash hamda global adolat loyihasi (World Justice Project) bo‘yicha ma'ruzalar qilmoqdalar.
Xalqaro konferensiya 26-sentyabr kuni ham davom etadi.

International conference has started
The case of Finland's legal education reform and efficient public administration management received significant attention in academic research.
A collaborative international scientific and practical conference has commenced in our capital city, in partnership with the Rule of Law Centre at Helsinki University in Finland, Tashkent State Law University, and Nordic International University.

The opening ceremony of the second international scientific-practical conference, titled "Examining Finland's Experience in Ensuring the Rule of Law," was presided over by Professor Sherzod Mustafakulov, Doctor of Economics and Rector of the Nordic International University, and Professor Islambek Rustambekov, Doctor of Law and Rector of Tashkent State University of Law. The authors emphasised the significance of examining the criteria pertaining to the rule of law in the context of Finland.

Tujia Brach, the head of the Centre for the Rule of Law at the University of Helsinki, and Sakari Melander, a professor of criminal law at the University of Helsinki, will be delivering talks at the conference.

During the conference, esteemed Finnish law professors deliver lectures pertaining to the concept of impartiality within the judicial system, encompassing courts, prosecutors, and lawyers. Additionally, they explore into the measurement of the rule of law and explore the World Justice Project as a relevant framework for analysis.

The international meeting is scheduled to proceed on September 26th.
