X2 has not been maintained for 9 years, 6+ months. Buy X2 for US$500 they would say, and then give you an EXE that has not been updated a long time ago.
So when you write X2's Visa, you often write Autorirado or the Visa Electron Guy. The ISTs as opened in EMVFoundry.

a) Reconstruct missing 1PaySys, missing initial FCI
b) Repair wrong AID
c) Fix missing end of records for initial applet, and for corresponding secondary applets.

e) Update ARQC correctly
f) Correct end-of-records terminator.
