David Junkin, Jr., M.D., originates from the Philadelphia area. He attended Temple University School of Medicine. After residency at Temple University Hospital, he completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Kentucky, caring for the Division I and II level athletes. Dr. Junkin has been in practice since 2008 and prior to moving to New Jersey he practiced at an affiliate hospital of the University of Pittsburgh, treating numerous athletes. Dr. Junkin is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and specializes in arthroscopy of knee, shoulder and ankle, ACL reconstruction, and rotator cuff repair.
Dr. Green is originally from the Northern New Jersey area and graduated from Rutgers College in 1997. He then attended UMDNJ – New Jersey Medical School in Newark and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. After graduating medical school in 2001 he continued training for five years at Monmouth Medical Centers orthopedic surgery residency program. He then spent a year in Pittsburgh training at the AGH foot and ankle service where he participated in all aspects of care of the foot and ankle including total ankle arthroplasty, post traumatic and congenital reconstruction, reconstruction of acquired deformities, sports injuries, and diabetic/ rheumatologic foot care.
Dr. Kenneth Chern is a graduate of Princeton University, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University, NY, and Fellowship trained in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Surgery at the Sports Medicine Center at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. He is also board-certified, a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America. Dr. Chern specializes in sports injuries of the shoulder and knee, performs arthroscopic surgery of the ankle, elbow, hip, shoulder, and knee, including ACL reconstruction. Dr. Chern is also certified in Carticel cartilage transplantation.
Dr. Nguyen is a fellowship trained Spine Surgeon having completed his training at the San Diego Center for Spinal Disorders in San Diego, CA. Dr. Nguyen is originally from the Philadelphia area having attended medical school at Temple University School of Medicine and completing his orthopedic residency at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Nguyen specializes in the treatment of spinal disorders including scoliosis, degenerative spinal diseases, and spine trauma. He is certified in the newest spinal procedures and techniques, including Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery, Artificial Disc Replacement, and Kyphoplasty/Vertebroplasty.
Dr. Mark, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, originally from the Philadelphia area, received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and his orthopedic training at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Dr. Mark also possesses a Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. He completed a Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction (Total Joints and Joint Revisions) at a very well known program at Massachusetts General Hospital at Harvard Medical School. His Program Director, Dr. Harris, is world-renowned for his expertise and advances in procedures for joint replacement. In addition to his expertise as a joint specialist, Dr. Mark practices general orthopedics and Orthopedic Trauma Care.
Dr. Beights received a Bachelor of Arts degree and was a varsity cross country and track athlete at Princeton University. Originally from south Florida, his undergraduate research took him back to the Everglades to explore resource selection habits of the tiny population of Florida Panthers residing there. He continued his research in animal behavior at Rutgers University in Newark while completing post-baccalaureate pre-medical work. He earned his doctorate at Temple University’s School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, where he was a research fellow at the renowned Gait Study Center, focusing on congenital and neurologic gait deformities and associated...
Dr. Fechisin is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon from Blairstown, New Jersey. After graduating with honors from Lehigh University, he received his medical degree from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, New Jersey. Following a one year surgical internship at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, Pennsylvania, he completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey.
