Pamela Rose Martinez (born 1989 in Newark, California) is an American professional wrestler currently signed to WWE under the ring name Bayley , where she is a former NXT Women's Champion, performing on the Raw brand. She previously wrestled on the independent circuit under the ring name Davina Rose .

Martinez had been attending shows by Big Time Wrestling, a professional wrestling promotion in Northern California, since she was 11. She started her professional wrestling career at the age of 18 in April 2008 by attending Big Time Wrestling's training classes by her head trainer Jason Styles, which was one of the reasons why Martinez considered Big Time Wrestling as her home promotion. She had her first match in September 2008. On the American independent circuit, Martinez wrestled under the ring name "Davina Rose". Rose wrestled for Big Time Wrestling from 2008 to 2012. From 2011 to 2012, Rose branched out to wrestle for other promotions like NWA Championship Wrestling from Hollywood and Shine Wrestling.

Rose first met her mentor Serena in October 2010 when they teamed together for a tag team match. When Rose made her debut for Shimmer Women Athletes in October 2011 at the tapings of Shimmer Volume 41-44; she became embroiled in Serena's feud with the Canadian Ninjas (Portia Perez and Nicole Matthews). At the tapings, Rose lost all four matches wrestled including her debut match to Mercedes Martinez. Rose continued to wrestle for Shimmer in 2012 and she received her first victory on Volume 48 as she teamed with Mia Yim to defeat Melanie Cruise and Mena Libra; on Volumes 51 and 52, Rose picked up her first two singles victories in Shimmer with wins over Cherry Bomb and Rhia O'Reilly.

In December 2012, it was reported that Martinez had signed with WWE. In late January 2013, Martinez made her debut for WWE's developmental territory, NXT Wrestling, at a live event wrestling under a mask. She then adopted the ring name "Bayley" and made her WWE NXT television debut in a loss to Paige on the March 20 episode. On the June 12 NXT, Bayley adopted a new character of a doe-eyed fangirl, then lost to Alicia Fox in the first round of the NXT Women's Championship Tournament to crown the inaugural champion. On the July 17 episode of NXT, Bayley lost to the debuting Charlotte. On the August 21 episode of NXT, Bayley challenged WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee to a title match and lost.

On the September 4 episode of NXT, Bayley enjoyed her first win by teaming with Charlotte to defeat Alicia Fox and Aksana. To Charlotte's annoyance, the BFFs (Beautiful Fierce Females) (Summer Rae and Sasha Banks) attempted to convince Bayley to join them. However, on the November 13 episode of NXT, Charlotte attacked Bayley to cost them their match against the BFFs and promptly joined the BFFs instead. Bayley would then form a brief alliance with Natalya, defeating Sasha Banks in both tag team and singles matches. On the May 1 episode of NXT, Bayley failed to advance in the tournament for the vacant NXT Women's Championship after losing to Banks in the first round. On June 12, Bayley earned a pinfall over the new NXT Women's Champion Charlotte in a six-Diva tag team match. On the August 14 episode of NXT, Bayley defeated Sasha Banks to become the #1 Contender to the NXT Women's Championship. She repeated the feat on August 28 when Banks challenged her to a rematch. However, she was unsuccessful in capturing the title from Charlotte at NXT Takeover: Fatal 4 Way and in a rematch that took place on October 2. After a loss to Sasha Banks on October 23, Bayley was attacked by her former friend Becky Lynch, who then allied herself with Banks. Later, Bayley formed an alliance with former rival Charlotte to feud with Banks and Lynch throughout the following several weeks. On November 27, Bayley was attacked by Banks and Lynch, injuring her left knee in the story line. She returned on the January 21, 2015 episode of NXT, where she saved Charlotte from an attack from Banks and Lynch before reluctantly attacking Charlotte herself. A month later, on February 11 at NXT TakeOver: Rival, Bayley competed in a fatal four-way match for the NXT Women's Championship, but she failed to capture the title.

In August, after defeating Charlotte, Bayley defeated Becky Lynch to become the new number one contender for the NXT Women's Championship. On August 22 at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn, Bayley defeated Sasha Banks to win the NXT Women's Championship for the first time, and after the match she celebrated with Banks, Lynch and Charlotte. In a rematch between the two, contested in the main event of NXT TakeOver: Respect on October 7, in the first ever women's 30-minute Iron Man match in WWE history, Bayley defeated Banks with 3 falls to 2 after securing the third fall with three seconds left the match, and retained the championship. Throughout her championship reign, Bayley went on to fend off title contenders like Alexa Bliss, Eva Marie, Nia Jax , and Carmella.

On the March 16 episode of NXT, after Bayley and Asuka won a tag team match, where NXT general manager William Regal announced that Bayley would defend her championship against Asuka on April 1 at NXT TakeOver: Dallas, where Bayley lost the championship to Asuka by technical submission, ending her reign at 223 days. On the July 27 episode of NXT, Bayley asked NXT's general manager William Regal a rematch against Asuka for the NXT Women's Championship at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn II, which he granted. Two weeks later on the August 10 episode of NXT, a contract signing was held between both women, which they would sign and subsequently accept. At the event on August 20, Bayley failed to regain the title, in what would be her last match in NXT.

On July 24 at Battleground, Bayley made her WWE main roster and pay-per-view debut in a one-off appearance as Sasha Banks's mystery tag team partner, defeating Charlotte and Dana Brooke.

On the August 22 episode of Raw, Bayley made her official main roster debut after being established as part of the brand by Raw general manager Mick Foley, where she confronted and challenged the Raw Women's Champion Charlotte to a title match, which Charlotte would refuse and instead force her protégé Dana Brooke to face her, whom Bayley would defeat. At Clash of Champions, Bayley was unsuccessful in winning the championship from Charlotte in a triple threat match, which also included Sasha Banks. Throughout this time, she entered a feud with Brooke. She teamed with The New Day to defeat her and Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson on the August 29 episode of Raw, after the match, the two had an altercation backstage. Brooke defeated her on the Oct. 10 episode, but Bayley defeated Brooke the following week. On the Oct 24 episode, Brooke attacked her during an arm-wrestling match, which lead to a match at Hell in a Cell, which Bayley won.

Bayley doesn't always grab attention for the same reasons as other female wrestlers, but these pics prove she's a beauty in her own right.
There is no female superstar who has gotten more attention in the last few years as Bayley. From her humble beginnings in NXT, to her reign as RAW Women's Champion, her highs and lows are some of the most criticized in the whole company.
One of the reasons for Bayley's extreme popularity is her overall character. Fans can't help but feel happier when this plucky, energetic girl comes on our screen and into our ring. With this pluckiness also comes a sense of innocence. Bayley is less like a WWE Superstar and more our kid sister. We want her to succeed because she's happy and adorable and has heart!
Bayley is a founding member of the Four Horsewomen of NXT/WWE and is currently enjoying a lengthy WWE career, all while hugging fans the entire way.
Her kid-sister like image, and her dedication to character, may prevent some viewers from realizing just how hot Bayley is. Her ring gear, while bright, covers most of her body, her official WWE photoshoots don't reveal too much skin and outside of the ring she is as good of a girl as we hope she would be.
That being said, there are no shortage of pictures that show just how hot Bayley is. And better than her being hot, she has a natural beauty that doesn't need a lot of manufacturing on the WWEs part. All it takes is an angle of the light, or the right outfit, and you can see just how surprisingly hot our Bayley can be.
It's rare, although not unheard of, for Bayley to do an official photoshoot with the WWE outside of her ring gear. This image, taken from early in her career, is from one of these rare shoots. You'll notice Bayley's trademark smile right away, as well as a surprisingly high amount of skin showing. Given the timeline of this photoshoot, it's entirely possible that the WWE didn't quite have a handle on her character and simply wanted to show off their new girl. The muted tones of her dress and the background also point to this being an early version of Bayley. Why else would the WWE not put her in her trademark bright colors? This photo proves that Bayley doesn’t have to be bright and colorful to show her beauty.
Anyone who watched her thrilling Takeover Brooklyn battle with fellow Horsewoman Sasha Banks will never forget the joy we felt when Bayley won the NXT title for the very first time. This was the first title she won, and it certainly won’t be her last. Bayley was already hot, but putting her next to the title makes her all the hotter, and that’s not even going over one of Bayley’s best features: Her stomach. For as covered up as she is in the ring (we don’t see her legs after all) one thing the WWE costume department was sure to do was allow Bayley to show of her lean stomach. Her stomach is toned enough to see a 4-pack of abs and has nice, clean lines all the way around. Any photo showing Bayley’s stomach is automatically a hot one.
It’s an old trope in teen comedies that the ugly girl instantly looks hotter when she puts her hair down . If that’s the case, what happens when an already hot girl puts her hair down? Bayley is famous for her ponytail, so we’re used to seeing her with it. However, when she puts her hair down, we can see her in a whole new light. Maybe it’s because it’s a change in image, maybe it’s because it instantly makes her seem more relaxed or maybe it’s because it helps shed her kid-like image, but when Bayley puts her hair down it’s like she’s a whole other woman. Hair-down Bayley is going to be a popular theme in this list because it’s truly the hidden gem of Bayley’s hotness. She’s hot enough with her hair up, she’s downright blazing when it’s down.
Despite Carmella looking so drab about it, this picture instantly makes us smile because this is the Bayley we all know and love. Bayley is a beloved character on-screen because we know that she is exactly the same off-screen. We know that she’s a happy-go-lucky girl who is living her dream of becoming a WWE superstar and loving every minute of it. Nothing brings out a girl’s natural beauty than watching her do something she loves, and that’s what makes this picture so hot. Bayley is just doing what she does best, sneak up behind you and give you a big hug while laughing. Scientists have shown that smiling and laughing make you more attractive , and this is proven time and time again by our girl Bayley.
There are few girls out there who are so naturally pretty that trotting them out with a full face of makeup and wearing scandalous clothing actually takes away from it. This picture is all the evidence you need to show that Bayley is one of these girls. By all accounts, this picture shouldn’t make the list. She’s wearing a heavy coat and shirt and is even covering some of her hair. However, because of Bayley’s natural beauty, it actually does the opposite. Covering her up makes her even more hot because you can see just how little it takes to make her look that way. This picture is also a great example of how much hotter she looks just being herself. She’s not wrestling or preening for the camera, she’s just talking to a group of people. The hotness is simply in her being herself.
Bayley can obviously be described as the kind of girl you take home to meet your parents, and one of her photoshoots proves why. She looks absolutely gorgeous
