Wuhan doctor: patients are forced out from hospitals to speed up turnaround of beds: doctors who spread news have their posts being deleted by state censorship

(21 Feb) The number of newly confirmed cases at Wuhan continues to surge, it is still a hard battle to save and cure. From the initial full city cordon to road blocking and now micro-management of local districts seal off, the managerial control measures are increasingly tighten up.
Those who are fighting against the plague at front line are also facing new situations. Political correctness surpasses everything else, above the health of the patients and public interests.
Firstly, in order to speed up the turnaround of beds, newly confirmed cases are only allowed to stay for about 10 or more days. If the patients are not in critical conditions, they will meet the written ‘discharge’ standards for being out (despite whether the patient is actually fully recovered). The ‘discharge criteria’ is as follow:
1. “Improvements” of symptoms.
2. “Improvements” of CT imaging results.
3. Two negative nucleic acid test results
Some patients were discharged even though they were still relying on oxygen assisted breathing and were struggling to walk a moment ago just to satisfy ‘discharge criteria’ of these paper work. Our “positive” nucleic test results are less than 30%. These discharged patients had no correspondent post-discharge care or monitoring. They were just told to stay at home ‘quarantine’. This is a kind of thorough display of dogmatism(under the doctrinaire leadership and management of local CCP, local public health bureaucrats and local hospitals).
Secondly, Chinese medicine is used and applied on every patient regardless of the severity of the situations and in absence of any robust examination, testing and confirmation of the nature of illness. Such Chinese medicine is given to patients basing on some sort of pre-prescribed formula basing on a list of pre-designated symptoms rather than tailor-made to patients’ individual conditions. Whoever dares to question and oppose, whoever is deemed to disobey the ‘highest level policy direction' of “combating” the plague as well as the 'great principles' of ‘curing and saving’ laid down by CCP. As a result of taking these Chinese medicine, some patients suffered from abnormality of liver functions when they were still hospitalised. Some patients’ serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) and serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) readings were five times above the normal range at time of discharge.
