@WritersClub conducts activities regularly and encourage the group members to participate. Writing activities such as for Quotes, thoughts, Vignette, story, memes and many others are helpful in realizing the group’s objective and one’s own potential.
How to send my entry for the current activity?
If you are a verified member of @WritersClub, you can send your entry with the following details and mentioned method:
1. Open @WritersClubBot and write /entry <your entry> as shown in the picture above. You can copy paste after /entry rather than typing the whole entry.
2. Use activity specific hashtags such as #wcq #wcv etc. when sending your entry
3. Ensure to read and make any necessary editing/correction before sending.
4. Add a personal identifier. Ex: if the participant’s name is Will Smith, entry should be tagged with #ws or #will. In the above screenshot #cc is used for Charlie Chaplin
After you have ensured to write everything mentioned above hit on send! You will get a confirmation like this: ... thank you for dropping your entry.
How are these activities helpful?
@WritersClub activities are helpful in letting your Creative Juice flow, thinking out of the box, improving language and writing skills and boosting your knowledge. We intend to empower our members by providing ample learning opportunities, experiences and exposure.
Is it important to participate?
As per our group terms, we regularly remove (cancel membership) inactive members of the group. Therefore, we request everyone to participate either by submitting their write up or by engaging in the group discussion for reading and reviewing the work of the members. Dormant members are neither helpful for themselves nor for this group.
How best entry or a winner is declared?
Depending on the type of activity the selection process varies. For example: Best three entries are selected by the Group Admins and are put for voting in network channel/s. Based on the votes, we announce the winner on the following day of the activities.
You can consult the admins to know the process.
What's in it for the winner or the best entry?
Winner gets certain Reward Points that is added into >puntos and further it contributes to Gems Earned. These Gems help you to qualify for group moderator.
Best entries are generally featured in @PensivePost crediting the actual member and never removed from the channel.

Terms
Please be aware of the following terms of engagement in these activities:
**YOU MUST BE A VERIFIED MEMBER OF THE GROUP TO PARTICIPATE**
1. Each challenge/activity is unique therefore their terms/rules may vary hence, please refer to the specific instructions* announced separately with the activity announcement.
2. You can only submit one entry for the challenge. In case you have multiple entries, then pick the best one and submit it. Rest you can post in the group and ask for reviews using the tags #review, #everyone followed by the tag of your identification (#cc for charlie chaplin) after the challenge is over.
3. If any of the terms (including specific instructions) are not met, we may invalidate your entry.
